All i can say is superb food well priced as well
This is my kids favourite place to eat. If you give them a choice they will say here. I think the menue for the kids is very good and not overpriced. They have two levels - small kids and for older kids - both offer good choice. They also provide actual vegetables (!) as a side for the kids. Kids get a pack to colour and draw and answer questions. It's a good pack. And they will want to visit the loos - really! - just to hear the Italiam being spoken! Food for adults has a good range and is mostly good. We have eaten here so often that there have been a few duff meals but generally it is good. Service very friendly from a staff that - unusually for a chain - have been there for a long time. Plenty of parking and right next to the cinema. Good fro birthdays - they'll make a fuss.
this is a lovely place to eat as a family, they sell everything from burgers to salards to steaks to sandwiches the price is resonable and thers plenty of space to park. they will even sing happy birthday to you if its your birthday.
Visited here with my partner after attending the cinema. We were seated promptly, by a very polite gentleman. Ordered without problem. Our drinks were brought out promptly, and then our meals soon after.
We then decided to order desert, and our plates were quickly taken away.
The main course was average, but the desert was delicious!
Excellent service. Wide range of menu, though somewhat limited selection in each 'type' (pizza, burger etc).
Good recipes, with combinations I wouldn't have put together before but certainly will now.
Slightly overcooked for the most discerning tastes, I lived with too many chefs or would never have noticed though. Probably just extra few seconds for food safety reasons.

Had a realy tasty pizza Margarita with vegan mocarella chease. Lovely restourant and great for families
Had a lovely breakfast here as a birthday treat for my son's birthday. It wasn't overly busy, but staff were friendly and efficient. Came and took our order pretty quickly and food was great. Everyone enjoyed the experience, I would highly recommend over nearby breakfast restaurants....
Been here several times for kids and adults birthdays or a quick bite to eat for the last 2 or so years. Great range of food and drinks for adults and kids and the food has always been excellent quality and value. Service is attentive and the place has a good atmosphere. We are going back tomorrow for yet another birthday at the request of our 8 y/o daughter as she loves the whole F&B experience. Have to say - we are all looking forward to it.
Service was good, meal turned up promptly after ordering. Meal was well presented and tasty, I have knocked 1 star off for meal not quite as hot as normal, and disabled toilets need a new toilet seat. Good experience overall.
Went for a meal with work friends. There was 6 of us. Yes it was busy but it was a Friday nightnighty saying that we did not wait long at all. Service was great. Food was lovely. Had a really nice night. I do like Frankie and Benny's
I try and avoid eating at chains but I was pleasantly surprised by F&Bs this last weekend. My dad and I came here for a quick meal before a film at Cineworld. Service was quick (if a little rushed!) and we weren't waiting long for drinks, starters, or mains.
They have a great selection of vegan options and I enjoyed my plant-based burger more than expected. The bun was super tasty with good textures inside to go alongside the patty. The portion of chips was a bit stingy, but hey.
Overall, we had a decent meal and F&Bs seem to be ahead of the curve on vegan meals. You could do far worse!
Revisiting a previously three star review - great meal last night (25/10/19), the menu choice and food quality is now much, much better than it was before. Plenty of Vegan options for my girlfriend also. Will definitely be back.
Always a really nice place to go, food is served quickly, staff are attentive. Music can be too loud so if you are looking for somewhere to have a serious conversation this is not the place. Menu is varied lots on offer, I would check an online menu ahead of your visit so you know what you want to order, if it's really busy you don't get given a lot of time to browse.
