Visited here with my partner after attending the cinema. We were seated promptly, by a very polite gentleman. Ordered without problem. Our drinks were brought out promptly, and then our meals soon after.
We then decided to order desert, and our plates were quickly taken away.

Had a lovely breakfast here as a birthday treat for my son's birthday. It wasn't overly busy, but staff were friendly and efficient. Came and took our order pretty quickly and food was great. Everyone enjoyed the experience, I would highly recommend over nearby breakfast restaurants....
Been here several times for kids and adults birthdays or a quick bite to eat for the last 2 or so years. Great range of food and drinks for adults and kids and the food has always been excellent quality and value. Service is attentive and the place has a good atmosphere. We are going back tomorrow f
Service was good, meal turned up promptly after ordering. Meal was well presented and tasty, I have knocked 1 star off for meal not quite as hot as normal, and disabled toilets need a new toilet seat. Good experience overall.
Went for a meal with work friends. There was 6 of us. Yes it was busy but it was a Friday nightnighty saying that we did not wait long at all. Service was great. Food was lovely. Had a really nice night. I do like Frankie and Benny's
I try and avoid eating at chains but I was pleasantly surprised by F&Bs this last weekend. My dad and I came here for a quick meal before a film at Cineworld. Service was quick (if a little rushed!) and we weren't waiting long for drinks, starters, or mains.

Revisiting a previously three star review - great meal last night (25/10/19), the menu choice and food quality is now much, much better than it was before. Plenty of Vegan options for my girlfriend also. Will definitely be back.
Always a really nice place to go, food is served quickly, staff are attentive. Music can be too loud so if you are looking for somewhere to have a serious conversation this is not the place.
