I have been a regular at Barratts in Northampton for many years, and it has consistently exceeded my expectations as a fantastic venue for sports enthusiasts and those looking for a friendly atmosphere. This spacious bar and Snooker Club offers a wide range of amenities that cater to various interests.
One of the standout features of Barratts is its impressive collection of over 30 screens, ensuring that you never miss a moment of your favorite sports events. Whether you're into Football, Rugby, Cricket, Formula 1, Boxing, Tennis, or NFL, you'll find all the action here. For those highly anticipated matches or games, the two supersize projector screens provide an immersive viewing experience.
The staff at Barratts are always friendly and provide excellent service. They go above and beyond to ensure that guests have a comfortable and enjoyable time. I particularly appreciate the provision of waitress service throughout the bar and Snooker Club, which adds an extra touch of convenience.

Last year was good…this year the organisational skills were professional the staff experienced the music 🎶 so we 5*
It's well localized. I usually drop my daughter on the ballet class aside of the pub and then I go there with my wife and my other daughter. We eat some pizza, fries and drink a pint. The outside area that is opened is big and has heaters for the cold days. The inside area are closed now, due the pandemic, but inside the Barratts you will find a nice space to play snooker.
Served its purpose for the WDBS event. Atmosphere is/was electric. Food was good..

Only went in to play pool and have a few drinks. Tables and pool cues were good. Drinks were expensive.
4 games time long snooker hard games during running day for the for you want do you know what you did fc you think. Good for 4 games don't you think long.

Great place to chill and have a drink they do tea as well even a bite to eat if you fancy. you can play pool snooker and darts. Watch sports on many TVs around the place .staff were friendly and helpful nice decoration throughout good out door area for the Warmer weather but heaters out side if you smoke .
Would recommend this place for a night out
Don't need to be a member to play. Never too busy and snooker is reasonably priced on well maintained tables with cues provided for free. Extensive food menu and huge bar. Drinks are a bit pricey but to be expected for a clean and relaxed snooker experience.
