We had a really great time at Quays Pub. We were greeted by Kaz who was so welcoming and joyful. We were there for a family members birthday and had a cake, she offered to lights it with candles and even come out and sing happy birthday as a surprise. She was such a lovely host!

First time at this carvery the pub was lovely and so was the food the service we received from Trish was fantastic she was so friendly and couldn’t do enough for you it’s rare to find such lovely and helpful people and it makes your evening so much better. Would highly recommend . Thank you Trish
When for lunch today the Food was amazing the service was excellent, all staff was lovely however one person named Trish was more than happy to help and such a lovely woman, I will be definitely going back
Very friendly staff. Nothing was too much trouble. Lovely outlook over lake with canal boats tied up on quay. Very family orientated pub.

Our recent visit was a chilled relaxing one on a Friday evening that wasn't very busy.

Only fault was ordered coffee, when it arrived it was luke warm. Took it back and was told the machine is broken has been for a while. So why serve it. Had a refund. No hot drinks after your meal. Food was spot on though so was service and staff.
We have only popped in here for a quick drink a few times so decided to have a carvery. It was one of the nicest we have had. Nice and hot, freshly cooked and really reasonable prices. The staff are very friendly and the bar and restaurant area is always kept clean and tidy. Outside has a nice area

I met up for a couple of drinks with some friends . I found the place very welcoming and friendly. We were all driving and they have a good selection of no alcohol lagers at a good price . It was a very pleasant afternoon and not noisy so you could have a good conversation and hear everyone .
