Love the place go every pay day with my friends . It is what it is good atmosphere great staff and good food . We know we have to wait for a table but it's Nandos on a Friday
What do you expect . It's not a dining restaurant it's s fast friendly fun place to eat .
Food was really good a bit pricey but full by the end of the night, I can't fault the service of the 12 of us that went only one order wrong (no chips) but they sorted it quickly. I thought the loyalty card points were per person not per order so a bit hacked I only got one point rather than 12 but all in all a good nights dinner for £100 (with deserts) and I was so close to getting a waitresses number too but the people I went with said I had to remain professional 😟. Anyone looking to get something other than a pizza or any fast food items should give them a try you won't regret it. I have only been once and I'm hooked

Nice atmosphere, friendly staff. We were seated quickly, no wait. Food delivered in good time. Everything is on one level (ground).
Plenty of room, can be busy at times especially weekends. Staff always friendly and helpful and we very rarely wait long for food. Toilets on site, great vege options and bottomless soft drink is still an option which is great. All on one level but limited parking outside.
Unfortunately recent visit food wasn't hot and rotten veg in pitta. Staff was ok about it and offered a replacement or desert, but at that point I felt sick so didn't want to eat anything further. So do check food and report to staff I'd not up to standard.

Ate here for the first time yesterday. All staff seemed extremely pleasant and the manager was really kind and attentive! Our food was delicious and couldn’t fault it!
Basically a standard Nandos, service was great though and the location is nice as it's in the middle of town. Food came out fairly quickly and was hot. Nice decor as always and a new queue system lets you maybe grab a drink before being promoted to return when you table is ready.
Visited with two old friends who had never been before. We are all in our early 70s, and, whilst not technophobes, much prefer a printed menu to scanning a QR code to open an app to order online, so we ordered at the counter in person. Food was good, if a chicken restaurant couldn't prepare chicken I would be surprised! Love the spicey chips and the choice of heat on the chicken was welcomed by some of our group who prefer milder flavouring. The Portuguese beer was good too. We all agreed that for a mid week lunch it had been a good choice. In our case the bill worked out at about £18 each with a round of drinks and main course, a bit dear but isn't everything today!
It was nice experience even tho it was busy, the staff kept checking on us and were very friendly. Good customer Service.

Food was delicious and the customer service was excellent. Allowed us to order 10mins before closing and the till operator was excellent ( early 20s dark hair with a hat, didn't catch his name) .
