This is a pleasant pub where you can get a good meal at a reasonable price. There are different offers on different days so check ahead if you have a particular preference. There is parking at the front and back, and electric charging points too.
Havent been for a while, it was very busy and had a bit of a wait but it was worth it. Not sure if anything else has changed apart from a new menu since our last visit. The food was great, couldn't fault it and good value for money. Everything was cooked lovely. To be honest it's the best meal we'
So impressed with the lumbertubs. Sam and her staff are a credit. The food was amazing, service second to none. Staff very pleasant and helpful. We all will be back very soon!!!
Only popped in for a quick drink late on a Saturday, wasn't too busy and they had Karaoke on. Was a nice pub, didn't have any food but did look at the Mighty Grill menu and it looks reasonably priced and good selection of food.
Came in for a bite to eat at around 4.30pm. My son ordered the chick n mix and he thoroughly enjoyed his meal. I was a little disappointed in the lack of no meat options, I’m not a great fan of meat and the only think really was Mac n cheese which I ordered as it came with a salad, it would’ve been
Local pub offering a broad menu. Unfortunately, the bar is generally understaffed. Often a queue...yes, a queue at the bar because only one under pressure staff serving. Beer good and reasonable range to choose from.
My lads took me ‘ere for Father’s Day and I ‘ave to say this is really a grand establishment. I’m not one to go out to eat very much but I can see myself visiting this pub again. The service was good and I can’t remember the lad’s name, but the bartender was very engaging and made good conversation!
Overall a really nice pub. Nice food and a good selection too. Some nice deals. Never had an issue except some times there are no staff around to speak to or welcome you.
Very good, good atmosphere, kids love it, great value, challenges are mad! The wing challenge is no joke! 🤭 beers alright, foods good for the money

Easter Sunday and at 4.30 in the afternoon it wasn't to busy. Service was good as the young lady in our section was attentive. 4 of us in total and our grandson, and we all had different meals.

Spent a very pleasant afternoon here having a Coronation afternoon tea with friends. So reasonably priced, we couldn't believe the value for money. Staff were friendly and attentive. Sam then told us that the management had decided to donate the takings to a charity.
Went last night with a party of 8 people. The food was great especially the XL mixed grill. The reason I only give 4 stars is there was hardly any desserts available. Staff was great, friendly and attentive, would recommend….
Although this is a "chain" pub, the staff and atmosphere make it a bit above the rest and I've never had a disappointing meal here.
I meet up with old work colleagues every couple of months... Food is good and prices are not too bad. Staff are always friendly and I definitely recommend eating here 😃
They were very helpful, very kind and very polite, they were extremely understanding with how you’d like to have your food such as same plates or have your chocolate on a different plate and have your ice cream seperate the staff were
Two adults 3 picky children all fed 3 courses within an hour. Food well cooked sensible portions and a good selection.
I'm often in the tubs n never have a problem . The food is lovely . The prices are good . I enjoy every visit. Please keep the tubs this way x
