Very good. Food was excellent and staff friendly. Even though you have to order at the bar, the queues weren't too bad but imagine it can get busy in summer. Very enjoyable meal and will go again

Tired looking place but has character which would benefit from a good clean and tidy up. The location is pretty and would be lovely to be able to sit outside if the outside area was cleaned up, the patch of river too that the mill sits on needs a major clean. Someone needs to take pride in this place and spruce it up. Despite its untidiness its a nice enough place that I will go to again . Food was nice. Staff were really friendly and made sure we was happy with everything so top marks to them

Surprised by just how nice our meal was we selected from the festive menu 3 courses chicken wings were very tasty and a large portion for a starter then the burger with nacho fries ( ok not strictly festive but who cares) dessert we had brownie and the lemon cheesecake. Bit slow at plate clearing between courses but they seemed short staffed. Overall somewhere we would visit again.

Great place to take the family. Food is average sometimes well above average. Staff are brilliant. All you do is ask and they will do their best to satisfy you. The Mill has history and it still works cosmetically. Conclusion: It's not a place you need too dress up or make too much of an effort in your appearance to go to. It's comfortable honest and genuine. Indoor and outdoor play area for the kids (FREE TO USE) The place has character.

Great food and great service, we reserved a table and asked to be in a quiet area, and got exactly that, staff were really friendly and great with the kids. Food was excellent and even though there were a few larger groups in didn't take long to come out, all of our meals were delicious.

I took my Dad on a Sunday Evening. Food was good and the price was ok. But I felt cheated on the quantities. The pie was fine, but expected more veg and chips. Will consider this when choosing where to eat next time.

Been coming here for years. It's insanely busy during holiday season, but normally not too bad otherwise. The food is fairly standard for this type of venue but usually pretty good and excellent value. Real ales can be had here. :). It's not the Ritz but hey, you get what you pay for.

Been eating here regularly for about 10 years. Noticed over the last year or so quality has fallen off, put off from going back after our last visit with kids running uncontrolled throughout the pub and "music" being played loud. My wife and myself choose to go out and enjoy a meal where we can talk to one another and not be subjected to someone else's taste in music.

Still poor but with the new menu we pay more for it. I ask myself why we still keep going, picturesesq and convenient location could be the answer. You could do so much more with this venue Green King. Could be turned into a quality fine dinning experience as you have several other outlets in the locality that do the economical experience much better.

Very nice place, the location is perfect for everything. Like a minus, the staff wasn't very fast so we need to wait more that 1h for our food and didn't come all, they forgot something. 4 stars for the view.

This is the most cozy pub I've been to I love the fact they have not removed the heritage of the building. Came here for lunch for an anniversary the food was absolutely brilliant very fresh and filling had my 1 year old she was able to play in the play area. It was a fantastic experience
