Every time I have been here the food and service has been amazing! Cannot recommend this place enough! Just got back from here for 7 of us for my parents birthday and again a great night. My Aunty is gluten free and there was so much choice on the menu for her
Went with a few people from work so we had a rolling tapas style menu. Food was well cooked, and although small dishes there was plenty to fill you up. At one point the food had a delay so thought it was desert next so a little disappponted as we're still a bit hungry, then another course came out. That made it just right. Staff were great, atmosphere lovely and the live singer was a great touch. Would definitely go again, it transports you from being in dreary Northampton to somewhere more exotic. Well done.

Love this place, a real find. Went to their Jazz night on Sunday and was great to see that along side their usual amazing food and atmosphere there was great music. Even had some great drinks to cater for my fatness (pregnant) including a great alcohol free beer. Can't recommend highly enough and looking forward to going back in a few weeks for my friends birthday
I think this is one of the best dining experiences I've had. Atmosphere, decor, food and service were all fabulous.
We even had an issue with one dish (our fault actually) and it was dealt with perfectly.
You could provide a masterclass in customer service

The most awesome evening. There were 13 of us and 12 went for the set meal. The food just kept coming and it was all delicious. The staff were second to none. Would recommend for either couples or a large party. Nothing phased them. Deserve the ***** that I have given �

Went on Saturday night for a FANTASTIC date night. The food was delicious, the atmosphere buzzing and the service friendly. We especially enjoyed the herbed potatoes, the whitebait (MASSIVE portion!), the rotolo and the carbonara. And as far as drinks, we'd definitely recommend the Hugo and the Slosecco. Oh, AND THE DESERTS! My god, chocolate pave was amazing, and my girlfriends cinamon struffoli was sensational! And a special mention to Lucia, who was a fantastic waitress, very friendly and helpful, and always had a smile on her face! Would definitely recommend for couples, friends, or anyone who enjoys great food & drinks.
Had a birthday meal with family and everyone loved it. The party menu was a perfectly selected menu. Great drinks excellent atmosphere and kid friendly. Da iawn.
We went for Joshys 18th was amazing .staff where wonderful and steak melted in my mouth everything was seasoned perfectly .had an enjoyable evening ending with cocktails and pots of tea in the garden x

I came here for dinner for my birthday. The staff were really welcoming, smiling, happy to see us. We had pre booked so our table was already ready. The decor inside had not changed since pre lockdown. Between the 3 of us we all ate a different dish and we all had different deserts. The bill was pricey but that is expected after lockdown and because you are eating at Nuovo.
Definitely worth trying this place if you have not done so.
First came here back in November for my birthday. Now try to go every couple of months. We tend to order a bit of everything, and spread out through the evening so if someone perhaps isn’t liking something as much as another you’ll soon get a new flavor to the table 😄 the atmosphere is chilled, and you can actually hear yourself think/and talk to the people you are dining with! Which I love!
Service is always good, with a good selection behind the bar.
Wife and I decided to visit after a recommendation by a work colleague...we were not disappointed. The service is professional, relaxed and all staff knowledgeable about all aspects of the menu, exactly what you would expect. The difference with this restaurant being an Italian style tapas place is the food is brought to you independently of your ordering as and when it is ready. This was a pretty exciting change to the usual norm of starters/mains etc, allowing you to sample a different, tasty bite every time. They do recommend 2-3 dishes each to make for a substantial meal, however being our first time we wanted to try more. We ordered 8 dishes and still have room for dessert! A little gem of a restaurant, set back off the main street in the town centre. Highly recommend for nice treat out with family & friends, or perfect for a date night. 10/10
Very nice place to go for italian tapas. Service is really good, our servers were very friendly. The burrata and dark chocolate torte is very nice. Think it's a good way to try a few different items.
Fantastic. We had plenty of choice, there were a lot of vegan options available. The pasta was excellent. Service was perfect. Good atmosphere, it was busy on a Thursday evening. Booking is a good idea. We parked at the st Michael's carpark nearby which was only a short walk.
Lovely restaurant, not been before. The staff were very helpful and friendly. The food was delicious we picked six different small sized tapas dishes which were plenty. This place is well worth a visit if you love Italian food.
A lovely place to visit and tucked away from the rush and bustle of the town centre. Good food and friendly attentive staff with Italian dishes served tapas style. Not sure about the 70’s disco soundtrack and I suspect the owner has a rather idiosyncratic musical taste!

Tapas italian to share. The food was delicious. However, the octopus pasta was incredibly spicy! The cocktails were divine! The outdoor decor needs an update as the paint is peeling on the wall. The restaurant inside was really busy but the outdoor area was quite quiet and the service was really good even though we were sitting outside.
