I celebrated my birthday at Pamukkale for the 3rd time. It was fantastic. All 14 of us loved the food. There's lots to choose from on the menu The portion sizes are generous and the service was excellent. I'm Turkish and I would definitely recommend it.
This is a lovely place which serves delicious turkish Food!! Very friendly staff who are always giving 100% to make you feel welcome!
Overall this place has never dissapointed me!

Amazing place. Great food and atmosphere. Only minor downside was being seated near the grill kitchen which was way too hot. Would totally recommend, a little gem

Just walked in of the street and they accommodate us, food was excellent could not fault very friendly staff, spirits (vodka) seemed a bit expensive for vodka & coke £6.25 for a small glass.

What an amazing find! This is one of the best restaurants I have been to! The lamb was perfectly cooked, it was meaty thick and juicy🤤 I am thankful for the complimentary flat bread with dips, it was so delicious we almost finished all of it 🥹 I also loved the rice as well ✨🌈
First time to eat in Turkish restaurant. The food is so good, the ambiance is excellent. Very accommodating staff, especially Antonio, very jolly.

Interesting interior design but its suitable for its name. Located in the St Giles Street. Spacious seating areas for dining and cocktails.
The food was good, hot and cold meze options were delicious. Kebabs were tasty as well. The service was fast enough and staffs were friendly.
Ordered set menu for 2 people and its come with salad, dessert and big portion of burgur and rice.
You can order 2nd bread plate with money.

I visited Pamukkale Turkish Restaurant, for the first time, to celebrate my 50th birthday with my friends. We all go to Turkey on our holidays and I wanted a restaurant that was authentic and just as welcoming as visiting Turkey. We had heard good things about the Turkish food and the friendly staff, but we were all impressed from the start, from the welcoming, friendly and accommodating restaurant staff, to the restaurant atmosphere, well made cocktails and delicious Turkish food choices. The portions were generous and the flavours were amazing.
The restaurant staff made my birthday very special by bringing out my cake and singing Happy Birthday and I was given a bottle of Turkish red wine!
Needless to say, we all agreed, we will all be back to dine or order take away at Pamukkale Restaurant. Thank you to everyone there, who made my birthday very special x
The food was lovely! The service was great, staff were friendly and accommodating. We had a 10th birthday in the family and Antonio went above and beyond to make he feel special with a complimentary birthday mocktail and dessert, as well as singing happy birthday. I would definitely recommend for all ages too

Beautiful restaurant with some super nice decoration. Food is ok - I have had better Turkish and portion isn't the most generous and is a bit pricey, but I guess you're paying for the service and atmosphere which I can't complain.
It’s a nice place to have some lunch or dinner. The staff are very welcoming, the restaurant clean and there is a good atmosphere. The food are delicious and tasty. The portions are huge and you can satiate any appetite. I recommend to visit and try, you will definitely come back. T. Westell.

Three reasons to visit the Turkish restaurant Pamukkale 40-54 St Giles St Northampton: 1: The service is 5 stars, 2: The quality of the food is outstanding with an excellent menu, 3: The value is fantastic.
We have probably visited this restaurant on six occasions and we have virtually watched this restaurant grow and flourish. We have taken our family there and we have also taken friends there. We have never been disappointed.
We had a reservation for 7pm tonight (7/10/23). We were greeted at the door as normal and led to our table. In the section where we sat there were 2 ladies and 2 gents looking after the customers. I can honestly say no customer was left waiting. These 4 members of staff did not stop. They must be exhausted at the end of their shift. I must also give a mention to the staff in the open kitchen who also did not stop and kept delivering the orders to a high standard.
If you are looking for 3 key elements: service, quality, value; as well as a clean well maintained restaurant visit the pamukkale-restaurant

Food was fantastic, as was the service. For wine I would personally recommend the Yakut, a Turkish red wine that is full of red berry aroma, with a nice level of tannins pairing it perfectly with some of the red meat options.
Unfortunately, we were all much too full after a starter and main (and several bottles of wine!) to try the desserts, however I am reliably told that the Baklava is a highlight here.
The tables are bunched slightly too close together, so it can be a bit tight if busy (and if you are unfortunate enough to be sat near somebody who literally must bathe in cologne, as we were, be prepared to taste that!). However, I cannot fault a restaurant as good as this for wanting to fit more people in (nor for a customer's bathing habits), particularly in these "interesting times" for the restaurant service industry.
The unique decor of the Pammukale White Cliffs makes a great talking point and provides a charming atmosphere in which to dine.
The staff were very accomodating, attentive, and cordial, providing suggestions when asked. The manager (perhaps owner) also personally bid us a friendly goodbye at the door when we left, which is always a nice touch, making us feel valued.
All in all, you certainly cannot go wrong choosing this place for northeastern Mediterranean/Turkish dining in all of Northamptonshire, and we will most certainly be returning.
Service was really good. Staff are just the right amount of attentive. Food portion sizes are good. The place is well lit, clean and tidy. There's a good amount of seating available. I did book through the reservation system online however no one confirmed the booking. We decided to chance it anyway and just drove down since it was mid-week and it was fine. Would come here again 😊
My 1st time on a solo dinner here, and I'm having a good time. The meal is lit, the atmosphere is quite endearing. Service is quite good too. Went for lamb chops and ate to my fill, with leftovers to take home. Will recommend.
I always have great time there, staff is very friendly and helpful, food is delicious and enough, never left that place feeling hungry
