You know when you’ve found a good coffee shop when you manage to stay and drink enough coffee on your first visit to get a free one...! the children loved the pizza making, great food, lovely atmosphere, great with the children too, we will definitely be back!!

Thank you for being incredibly tolerant and patient of the 6 noisy children this afternoon making pizzas! They had a fantastic time, and so happy you offered a gluten free option!

A little overdue but just wanted to say what a lovely Mother's Day treat we had. Thank you to the lovely staff who left their own babies and mums to help us celebrate with ours. The cakes were delicious and we were given so much we had to take some home with us! Our girls particularly loved the brownies. We can't wait to visit over the Easter holidays! Xx

One of the best bakeries in Northampton selling contemporary artisan bread. As the name suggests, they specialize in bread which gives plenty of options to choose from. I went for a Saturday morning brekkie and it was very delightful. I got the scones with cream and jam, a croissant and a sourdough cheese melt. Everything was extremely delicious. Due to dietary restrictions I asked a lot of questions and they were very clear that there is no cross contamination. I also got a cappuccino and latte which was one of the best ones I’ve had in Northampton. Definitely worth visiting and a 5/5 experience.

Yes, it is open. Head inside, up the stairs, past the yellow mellow cooking oils stand and behold The Good Loaf. It is a bakery on a BIG scale. They have a range of breads on display on a table in the centre of their cafe. Thrown together much like a House of Fraser sale. Fresh, but not Magee Bakery fresh. It’s big, but lacks the vibrancy of a neighbourhood cafe. To avoid disappointment, order online and pickup.

Spacious, comfortable, welcoming and reasonably priced, this is my café of choice in Northampton. There's a wide choice of bread on sale as well as excellent food to eat in. The drinks are also good value and the chai latté one of the best I've had anywhere. Its a super place to meet friends for a nice long catch up.

A clean contemporary decorated eatery. The menu is restrictive but excellent quality and value for money. You have a choice of breads with whatever you select and washed down with a wide range of coffees at realistic prices. Then you can peruse the various breads available to buy and take home. Well worth a visit to support this venture.

A marvellous bakery/cafe to visit in Northampton. Great selection of bread and rolls for purchase. Nice cakes and menu for eating in. Only niggle. Access not easy for disabled with steep narrow stairs. Lift available but believe usable with prior notice. (Need to check this). Parking is a 5minute walk at St.Michaels multi story.

Amazing place where those with a learning disability are given the opportunity to work. Friendly staff and clean with amazing choices of bread. Huge inside and a hidden gem that deserves all the praise I can give. Great place to eat and children friendly.

Tucked away in a residential area is this gem 💎 of a cafe. It is upstairs in an old building (no ♿ disabled access I don't think) so it took my pensioner companion a while to make it up the stairs to the cafe but we both agreed it was worth it. The decor is very rustic, bright and airy. Greeted by 2 staff members who were friendly and welcoming. We chose a table and looked at the menu. Array of breakfast style dishes, sandwiches, toasties etc with a good choice of fillings, cakes, pastries and plenty of drink options available too. We both opted for a toastie with homemade coleslaw and pot of tea. The sandwiches arrived less than 10 minutes after ordering and they were utterly delicious, lots of filling and made with their very tasty baked on site sourdough bread 🥪... Absolutely amazing!! Definitely recommend that you find time to visit this establishment and try it out for yourself. Five 🌟 stars ✨
