Stunning food, the beef patties & goat in galangal was amazing, definately recommend. Authentic food and staff were very nice. Best food I've eaten in a long time.
4 of us visited Eat Saigon this evening and had a fantastic time. The staff were really friendly and went above and beyond to recommend the best vegetarian food. Every dish was fresh and well flavoured, and the entire experience was a great one. We will definitely be back!

I love it! Pho is one of my favourite things to eat, this is the best I've had. There is a real depth of flavour in all the dishes that tells me no short cuts are taken in anything. It's Lush!

I first experienced this place last night and I can honestly say, Saigon have a customer for life. The food is amazing, beautiful flavours, the service is fabulous and it such an intimate establishment. I'd give this place a platinum star if I could!

Lovely traditional Vietnamese food. Great service.
A group of us went here for the first time today and had a pleasant experience. We started with the summer rolls, which were fresh and out quickly, followed by the fried king prawns in garlic & salt (delicious!), then.... this bad boy for my main... This (house special) tofu vermicelli with spring rolls was 👌 and massive.
Verdict: clean fresh and generous portions.... I'll be back 🔫
Authentic Vietnamese cuisine in the heart of Northampton Town centre. Quite literally a journey to Vietnam while still being in the UK. The food is fresh and made to order. The Lady is very helpful with the orders. I really liked the summer rolls. The Udon Noodles and Soft Noodles are very nice too. The ambience is cosy and homely. The prices are very reasonable. They accept cards.
Food cooked with heart. No MSG. Everything prepared with the care and attention an Asian mum would for her child. The vegetarian spring roll was so so so memorable, with fresh ingredients from the UK this probably even beats even the street hawkers in Vietnam! Had no idea how to use the coffee filter and the owner very warmly walked over and demonstrate. Bet she had a laugh seeing us struggle and all in good humour!
The barbecue pork was divine, depth of flavour with the meat marinade, fresh herbs and everything, grilled over charcoal. Pho broth was authentic and seasoned expertly. Will definitely come back again.
Amazing food with nice price, friendly staff. Crispy spring rolls are tasty and savoury. The special noodles are 11 pounds, but definitely worth the portions for 2 people

Great experience for a Monday evening...
Had the Beef Pho as a main and the Squid starter. Both dishes were really tasty and nice, although I did want another dish but they had run out of ingredients.
The waitress was really friendly and very helpful in deciding our dishes.
Bathroom was very clean, although there was nothing to dry your hands on...
Price was more than reasonable.

Fantastic, friendly service and good quality authentic food with Vietnamese coffee and beer to match. We were surprised by prawn crackers to start and half an orange cut up in a cute and cool way to end the meal. Quiet and calm atmosphere as to be expected from a café
