A typically rainy day, we chose to go to Crazy Kingdom and it was worth every penny! Not only was everything very reasonably priced from entry fee to a cup of coffee but the staff were lovely and so helpful. Food was so delicious, catering for all dietary needs and just an overall great experience. Thanks Crazy Kingdom we will be back for sure! Highly recommend!! 😊
Can't recommend enough. Food is great, staff are so friendly and go above and beyond (bringing me water when they noticed I was feeding my newborn, holding door open, cleaning up when the toddler inevitably spills and so on) and the kids absolutely love it. Perfect for running some energy off in an exciting and safe environment
My 'Go-to' soft play for the kids. Fairly run of the mill play equipment but the food makes it stand out - amazing catering, best of any soft play I've been too.
Went here for the first time on 13/05/2023 - and all I can say is it’s a shame we never tried it sooner! It’s a bit of a further drive for us but 100% worth it. The staff were absolutely fantastic particularly Danny at front of house - even though it was Saturday and they were run off their feet he was so accommodating and kind to us and every person I saw him with. The food looked great and I enjoyed a cup of coffee. The toilets and facilities were immaculate and the softplay its self was in incredible condition and all very very clean. The price was very reasonable (£14 for a 3 year old & 1 year old) and we stayed for 2 hours. I’ll definitely be taking my two again in the near future & I’ll be recommending to friends and family.
Great venue. Huge space and plenty of fun things for kids to explore.

We just love this place! It's run by lovely people who clearly care. The food is excellent, and I enjoy coming here with my toddler and our friends to run around and burn off some energy.
Also, I'd like to say that you never see anyone standing idly - all the staff are busy bees and constantly either serving customers or cleaning or tidying up. There is always someone busy with a hand-held vacuum cleaner cleaning up under the tables, and that means I can enjoy our visit without worrying.
Just watched a YouTube video of who I assume is the manager of Crazy Kingdom. Unusually for such videos he acted perfectly during a heated interaction.

Visited Crazy Kingdom, with my daughter, what can I say, despite an upset and some customers being incredibly rude, the staff were helpful and friendly, though obviously a little shaken, I'm pretty sure most people understand you can't take your own food and drink into a cafe, but my review isn't about despicable behaviour of customers.
The dirty fries were awesome, and my daughters eyes nearly popped out of her head when she got her milkshake.
Nice environment, homemade food, can't rate it highly enough, she's asking when we go back, might have made a rod for my own back.

Came for my Granddaughter birthday. She loved running sliding and climbing with her 16 month old Brother and Mum. We had lunch too. Yummy and caters for allergies too. The vegan cheesecake and pizza was lovely. So Impressed and the staff are friendly and helpful.
Just called, pre ordered food as a treat in the office. We collected the food at the time we were told and it was cooked perfectly, nice and hot and was super tasty. Would highly recommend, thankyou
