As usual with McDonald's there were some mistakes with the order (my fault for asking for odd things no doubt) but the staff were quick to put things right and were very pleasant.
It's a very handy stop off when travelling up the A1 and, when the sun is shining, it's not a bad place to chill for a short while.
Sunday dinner time, and still got served very quick and food was very hot. Toilets were also extremely clean, plenty of car parking. A very good McDonald's.
The usual McDonalds but this one is quite awkwardly placed coming from the main motorway via various roundabouts and down back streets. Quite a bit of parking once you arrive and electric chargers also with the expected cleanliness. As this was a late night visit service seemed more balanced towards the drive thru and using self service points as I was ignored when trying to order. Once orders went in the order arrived quickly and the cleaning staff member was very polite and professional.
Good service, strange location next to a hotel that looks haunted, that didn't effect the quality of the food though. The service screens work very well and make the visit and experience quick. Good for a rest stop of travelling. The restaurant was clean and seemed hygienic.
Leaming Bar is a little gem of a McDonalds. Clean, tidy and friendly. Busy, but not overcrowded. As it's on a new but fairly regular journey I'll be stopping there again.
Set within Leeming bar services I've called in many times and always had good service. Busy at peak times but good service and plenty of parking. Always found the place clean including the toilets.
Handy location, follow the signs for Leeming bar services and take the road running parallel to the A1 north.
As usual, the delivered burger seemed much smaller than the photograph! Larger car park than usual and pleasantly laid out. Small floral displays made all the difference. One of the most pleasant sites I've visited.
The major plus was the new Gridserve chargers, one of which is the fastest I've ever used (commenced at 300mph).
First visit at 0830 ish; second return visit at 1700 when it was much busier. Highly recommended.
Needed a cr@p on my way to Newcastle Airport so pulled in here, clean toilets so that's gotta be five stars!

Just like any other maccies really. Quick and easy for something to eat. They always forget your sauce though haha 🙃
Took a while ordering from the consul as a guest,however, worth the hassle as we enjoy the McDonald food as a treat now and then 😋
