Stayed over for a night and was surprised by how quaint and beautiful the building is. Georgian(?) vibe and the double bed was firm. Pretty big toilets! Was served a lovely hot English vege breakfast :) a 10-ish minute cab away from the station
Went there on one of our weekend trips for a couple of nights. Bed and breakfast with evening meals and a cream tea thrown in.
This is a really nice place to stay with plenty of space and grounds to walk in.
The staff are very friendly and helpful.
The breakfasts are great with lots of choices. The
We went to Solberge Hall Hotel for our 30th wedding anniversary . We had 5 rooms in total and we thoroughly enjoyed our time here. The welcome and attention to our party was excellent, Connor who looked after us whilst we dined, was really helpful. The food was beautifully cooked and all those in a
Solberge Hall is a lovely hotel in what appears to be a historical manor. It overlooks farmland with spectacular views. It's a wonderful, peaceful location. Our stay was pleasant and relaxing. The staff were friendly and reasonably attentive. It's good value, but could be nicer if there were a litt
Beautiful hotel and such welcoming staff. We had a dog and were given a perfect room with external access straight to the well looked after gardens and woodland walk. Although we didn't sample, the afternoon tea looked amazing, next time...
FantastIc find, eventually. SatNav struggled to locate this gem of a place. Exceeded expectation. Quality throughout. Rooms enormous. Food outstanding. Staff brilliant. Location ideal. Definitely will be back. Incredible value for the high quality.
Great luxury hotel, lovely rooms, friendly and helpful staff, great food.
Very, helpful, friendly staff, great location. The food is very good. Only downside. No local beer!!! Even though you have Theakstones and Black Sheep both 20 minutes away. Will visit again.
Had a beautiful champagne afternoon tea here this afternoon...it was perfect. Beautiful place, the food was absolutely lovely and there was plenty of it, and it was excellent value for money. We travelled from South Yorkshire so it was over an hour's drive, but I'd go back again anytime, it was so w
Slightly run down in decor, Ripped wallpaper and curtains) but this is more than made up for by the staff and the welcome they provide. Food is very good and they recognise that a dog is part of the family and all of them treat it as such. The woods outside provide a convenient and pleasant walking
We frequently stay at the Solberge when in the area and have our work Christmas parties here. Every visit is wonderful. The hotel is beautiful and the food fantastic, but the stand-out is the staff - this is the best hotel for their staff helpfulness, nothing is too much to ask and their help organi
Enjoyed a short break here and stayed in a quirky but rather lovely room. Great en-suite and a room vita a lovely view. Food was excellent and all the staff were very friendly. Good parking although at one time it was quite busy with a wedding / reception although it did not have any effect on our
Had afternoon tea here. Location lovely, food very lovely. We got to choose our sandwiches from options which was good. Great attentive and friendly staff.
A very nice place to stay, originally booked for 2 days but as soon as we say such a nice bedroom, I went back to reception to enquire a third day, but was quoted £40 than Secret Escapes. Returned to the bedroom, on the iPad and within a minute booked again. All of the staff are very welcoming, espe
A lovely place with kind and friendly staff where nothing is too much trouble. Had a lovely afternoon tea which was delicious! Would definately visit again.
Beautiful location, friendly staff and nice rooms. The food was very good.
I worked at Solberge Hall for the first time last weekend and was blow away by this stunning venue!
It has plenty of space for larger weddings and the main room was beautiful.
