Quiet at the time we were in, but the menu has an interesting range of food, all tasty and well presented. Very clean, dogs are allowed, which is brilliant and really nice staff who would genuinely chat to customers without being annoyingly vacuous.
We absolutely love the Fox and Hounds, it's our local and couldn't wish for a better pub. Always so welcoming, one hell of a beer garden Summer, warm and cozy inside for Winter. We definitely recommend visiting if in the area.
The Place is spotless, you can tell they've had a deep clean and hygiene precautions are spot on. There are sanitising points at the entrance and more scattered around the venue. The staff are also taking precautions to protect themselves and customers.

Great food. Lovely staff. Stayed in the motorhome in the car park overnight. Large and flat, free to stay if using the pub/restaurant. Overall a nice little pub.

Plenty of parking and convenient for Northallerton the Fox and Hounds is a nicely positioned, good looking pub with well kept flower beds. You get the sense people care.
The interior is smart and comfortable and would have a broad appeal. There is an area for all but it's main business is given over
Stopped for lunch today and the food was brilliant. I had sweet & sour chicken & chips (the sauce was on the side and thick & tasty) and my wife had the thai fishcakes with a portion of chips. Really good value - 5 Stars. We'll be back!

Went to this pub as they had a good selection of vegetarian/vegan food to accommodate my family's needs. The portion size was perfect and a great price. The food was excellent as was the service.
Had a great meal here today. The BEST chicken flatbread in Northallerton, so delicious. I thoroughly enjoyed my sticky toffee pudding and my partner tried the special Banoffee Pie and said it was fantastic. Great surroundings and friendly staff!
