Excellent venue, with great food. The service was fantastic, and it was child friendly - our little one was well looked after by our waitress, and we were really impressed with the quality of her fish fingers and chips.
Great old building that’s been converted to this pub so lots of different rooms and doors to various places. Second visit today, I admire and like the originality, the ambience, the decor and the staff. Once you know where the loos are, you can be entertained all day.
Another lovely meal at lunchtime today. Yorkshire pudding steak wrap with chips and the best gravy iv ever tasted. Great place lovely welcome and very friendly staff. Will be back soon.
We attended as a party of 12 for a mix of bottomless brunch and afternoon teas. Great communication before hand. On the day, WOW! The afternoon teas were amazing. Lots of delicious food. Very tentative staff. Marius, fantastic work and thanks for looking after us so well.

Sunday lunch a couple of weeks ago…absolutely fantastic… I understand it’s fairly new to the menu, honestly, the quality was so good, perfectly cooked, chef popped over to ask if everyone enjoyed their meal, couldn’t fault it. Keep up the good work, Chris, Kate & Maisie
A really nice restoration and nice looking pub. The beer and food needs work. Edit. One year on, am pleased that the food has come on leaps and bounds from when it first opened. Tasty chicken kebab and my daughter loved her blue cheese burger and fries. Good service too. Would love to see more craft
