We visited this lovely pub yesterday and so pleased we did. I can’t praise this place enough, the landlord was FANTASTIC and the young man behind the bar was just as attentive. We had a little accident with some red wine and the barman was straight to action with soda and a napkin and the landlord even washed my sisters white jumper so the wine didn’t have time to set. The food was fantastic, we can vouch for the Cajun chicken and roast veg baguettes, they were perfect as was my sisters Cajun chicken salad and mushroom risotto. We will be back soon with ALL the family. A gem of a place. Booking definitely recommend

I had Mexican chicken paramo with home made chips & salad, Darren had steak with Diane sauce with chips. Christian had sausages mash & gravy it was superb yet again. Can't fault this pub at all all staff very friendly our Christian has taken a shine to Mark as he really interacts with the kids.

Fantastic food which is more expensive than your average pub.......... but it's definitely worth the money, one of the best meals I've had in a village pub with a great atmosphere! Top quality food which is cooked to perfection

Myself and my family ate here tonight for my mothers day treat. Had a warm welcome. The staff are so attentive, and the food, wow, not one of us could fault it in any way. I had the fillet steak and it was presented beautifully and cooked perfectly. A decent portion size and very reasonably priced. We only leave 10 minutes away and this has now certainly become our favourate place to eat out. Well done all at the coores. Highly recommend.

Went for Sunday dinner. Was amazing food and the staff are all so nice. I’ve never seen my two year old eat so much food. Also thank you to the guy on the bar that was looking outside for my daughters coat that we lost off our car roof. Much appreciated. Will defiantly be back

Fabulous Sunday lunch & service. The beef was delicious. Very accommodating staff too. My little boy doesn't like gravy, so the chef was happy to do his lamb without. Thank you for a 5 star service.

We had Sunday lunch here for my birthday last Sunday with family and it was absolutely lovely! I am very picky with Sunday lunch and do not often go out for it as I make my own. However, so pleased we went here and we will definitley be back next time we are through that way. Really good value and friendly staff. Thanks guys :)

We went to the village on a family history trip which connects us to the village with 1800s relatives. This firs pub visit to the Coore Arms was at lunchtime. There was a cozy, nicely decorated historic vibe with seats inside and outside. There is an extensive food menu that was not typical pub grub but more of an upmarket, bistro offer. We had the sandwiches which were delicious and they helpfully accommodated dietary needs. Portion size was great. Quality was great. A lovely hidden gem, in a pretty village with views over open fields and a warm welcome.

Cosy warm traditional pub. Good social distancing measures and friendly staff. The place is clean. The prices were reasonable and the food was very good with huge portions! You get a lot of salad with a salad and we ended up taking home leftovers, they had boxes to provide this. They have fireplaces for cooler weather and a box of books.

We had a wonderful Sunday lunch! The service was prompt and the food exquisit! The staff were friendly and welcoming. We had the turkey and nut roast and both were delicious. The desserts were to die for and would recommend the brownie and cheesecake. We couldn't have asked for more! We would definitely come back again!
