The door is quite difficult to open while using a wheelchair, especially as it is up a slope to enter the restaurant. The order screen didn't work, it took the order right through until payment and then said to order at the counter. Staff were friendly. The food was nice, the chicken nuggets were good. Toilets require a code from the receipt to enter.
Excellent customer service staff very helpful and friendly great with children my grandchildren love going there I would recommend burger king in North shields ,food is delicious and restaurant very clean

Very warm and welcoming staff, one of the better burger kings i have been to in a while, was lovely and clean, delicious food with fast and friendly service would 100% recommend.
Fast, Hot, delicious food served with a smile! Great choice of drinks on the machine and staff were helpful as always, highly reccomend.
Every time I go to BK the staff are really wonderful. I use the North Shields branch, and there is a lovely, helpful assistant, named Morgan, along side the other staff, it’s a nice place to eat!
New franchise, opened 11:00 31/7/2022. Looks better than the last one. Clean and tidy inside but has just re-opened. Good choice on menu, friendly staff and should be better than the last one.

Staff are friendly and helpful. Really clean and tidy, and definitely better then the last franchise. Only two things, the self service unit's are out of order (everyone orders at the counter anyway) and it's card only (worth remembering in case you were wanting to give your kids cash to get something there). Apart from the two things, worth going in once in a while.

Oh the kids treat. They love the place Bedford Street North Shields. Always good quick service always busy. The who customer area is immaculately clean (dont envy the staff on cleaning some customers have no idea and residue left on tables and floor) The counter staff always polite and courteous well trained.
