Just the best sausage sandwich I have had in a very long time really carefully prepared and served to go with an excellent Americano coffee could ask for a better start to my morning. The staff are lovely and friendly and parking was easy.. next time I am passing. I am definitely dropping in for lunch.
Can be a little unwelcoming if you are not a local, but that's the punters, not the staff. One standoffish member of staff but generally nice people. Very nice cakes, and food, although the coffee is often burnt. Only a small kitchen, so they often run out of items on the menu early. But as much as I have whinged, it's generally a very nice spot to stop for a drink or lunch and would recommend it.
Lovely food and really friendly service, my mother-in-law loves the food here.
We love coming to the Tea Post for breakfast at the weekends. The food is excellent quality - yummy home-cooked big hearty portions. You’ll leave feeling satisfied. I have also been for lunch during the week a couple of times and can recommend anything that has their coleslaw on the side - I’d happily buy it by the bucket load. It’s nice and cosy inside - probably worth booking if you’re coming a little way.
Great place for eating , lovely staff, huge portions hubby had the full English and a cup of tea I had the poached eggs and lemon and ginger tea . Very good value for money we will be back when staying at Big Sky Cl
I cannot fault this place - from the generously sized Full English, to the simple scrambled egg (cooked beautifully for someone whose diet is currently restricted following mouth surgery!) And all served with care and attention. Staff are cheerful, friendly and helpful. I would recommend The Tea Post to anyone, whether arriving on foot, in a car, or on a bicycle!!
Lovely little cafe with parking adjacent. Friendly staff. Tasty coffee that was well priced. I will be returning to try their food which looked good.
Great place to go for lunch. Nice staff. Lovely food, good service and nice cakes.. Bonus you can easily use the PO at the same visit.. Well worth a trip
Lovely little place, light and airy inside and has post office in next room. Had an afternoon tea and would highly recommend it. Noticed lots of locals visiting which is always a good sign
