Nice place to hang out. Waffle was perfect (they usually overcooked it). Ice creams tasted wonderful. The table need to be cleaned properly though.
Usually we’ll get 1 scoop of vanilla ice cream for free when ordering waffle. Yesterday, I didn’t get that. So i ordered 1 scoop of cherry ice cream, but they give me 2 scoops in a glass.
They have marshmallow topping, which need to avoid for muslims, unless it’s halal.
Still hoping for halal certification for this place.
We went here for an 18th birthday in my family and we had a really lovely time. The staff are so accommodating and kind, and even brought the birthday girl a big freebie (anything she wanted). The place was clean and the deserts were lovely -- we spent lots more than intended, and that was because of the excellent staff! Would definitely go again. Would say though they don't have a lot of space, so if it's a big party, better to reserve seating so they can be ready, we were lucky that we got all the space we needed as we really should have booked.
This is a good place for your dessert needs, I've been to this location several times previously. I always get a waffle and I've never had a problem. It always tastes how it should and it hits the 'sweet' spot. Overall the service is good. Wasn't too busy and was able to get a booth quite quickly.

Visited for a late-night sweet indulgence, slightly crowded due to the end of summer holidays. Waited 10 minutes for a seat and another 10 in the queue to order. Enjoyed unique desserts, including the seasonal passion fruit treat 🍧🌴 and a waffle with classic vanilla and banana toppings 🍌🧇. A delightful evening; will return soon! 🌙🍨👌
I had an amazing experience at Kasper in Norbury! Their mango ice cream is absolutely to die for. The flavors were rich and refreshing, and the texture was perfect. I've visited Kasper more than five times, and each visit has been consistently delightful. The staff is always friendly and welcoming, creating a cozy ambiance that makes me feel right at home. I can't wait to visit again for more of that delicious ice cream!
Visited this afternoon with the children. Low music which was perfect, we could have a conversation and and an enjoyable experience with great ice cream, milkshakes, cookie dough and coffee. We left happy and satisfied. Surprisingly no headache from the loud music and shouting across the table to communicate with kids 🤭. Lovely pleasant staff. Thank You for a wonderful afternoon.
Best Dessert shop in Norbury. It's been more than 3 years I'm coming to this shop. Never had any problem. The service is really good specially on weekends even the shop is busy. Celebrated two birthdays last month. Great Experience.❤️
Lovely, cozy and fancy-decorated place to go. Go there for my expresso as the coffee's quality is so good, yet affordable in the recession we are living in. Shout out to Delyana who was the sweetest and very costumer-service attentive, give the lady a bonus!
Excellent service. Been going here for years. The little ones have grown from babies to kids or kids to adults yet, we still go here for treats as well as catch ups.

I liked the atmosphere at this dessert place. We just got cherry ice cream and one with caramel. Very nice and enjoyable! Prices are average!

Kaspas is a great dessert place and offers reasonable value for money. The location was formerly a Creams Ice Cream place, but aside from the re-branding it still has it's original charm. The ice cream desserts are could and I would recommend the waffles with vanilla ice cream and chocolate.

A wonderful place for desserts,waffles and milkshakes where friends can gather for celebrating a occasion or chill out with buddies. A perfectly spotted location in Norbury within few minutes from park and station. Wonderful selection of icecreams varying from hazelnut to banana and the milkshakes are to die for. Fast and reliable service. This place deserves a 5 star rating but due to its poor air conditioning i opt to give only 4 stars.
Can get over crowded at times and seems a bit over priced but I guess the varieties and flavours make up for that.
