You don't need chicken, you crave chicken.
Typically go for the drive through but went in once and the staff were helpful and nice. Got a free cookie due to a long wait time.
10/10 would wait again.

I haven't been to KFC Ards in a very long time because of multiple poor customer service visits. Sunday 8th August was a completely different experience. The drive through clerk spoke very clearly into the mic, took our order down correctly and was very professional throughout. Order was correct and very quick. Based on this most recent experience I will return more often.
Chicken tower burger with fillet,real chips with skin on to my taste delicious.piece of chicken,baked beans side.7up and a cappuccino. Delicious.
Oh did I say mouth watering,tastebud tingling, tsunami of flavours and didn't have to rob the bank.
The young staff are incredibly helpful and courteous. There is a guy on tannoy (Michael, I think) who is so welcoming and lively it's hard to not smile when placing your order. Always a pleasure to drive through this fast food store.
