Enjoyed a wonderful meal celebrating my Dad's birthday. There was 6 of us went for steak night. The steaks were cooked the way we wanted and were delicious. Staff were friendly and very helpful bringing out the birthday cake and plates so we could have it for dessert. Will definitely be back. π
I used The Auld House fir the wake after my mother's funeral. I'd ordered the tea and coffee with sandwiches and tray bake option. The sandwiches were traditional in terms of filling and none the worse for it. They were fresh and tasty, especially the roast beef, and the tray backs were excellent. The staff were friendly and efficient. Recommended.
Great family meal for a birthday and wedding anniversary. Food was scrumptious and lots of it. Staff were very attentive and friendly. Free WiFi always great to have.
Generous portions given and the staff were bending over backwards for us and our wee girl. Went with the missus as you do as we were over from Birmingham staying down the road and we loved it. Went for my brother in laws 70th Birthday lunch on a Sunday afnoon. As there was a large group we had pre-ordered. My first visit there and really enjoyed our afternoon. Food was excellent staff friendly and efficient. Good size car park. Would def recommend

Meal was lovely. Been years since I've been there after going years ago with my grandad for lunch. Even remember the staff from back then who were on the evening I visited recently.

Absolutly first class. Good honest pub grub, piping hot and generous portions. Staff offer a warm welcome. May I say too the bar, restaurant and toilets are kept spotlessly clean.
