Great food, Great atmosphere, Great place!! What else is there to say. Been going here for years and never had a bad meal. Don't forget to try upstairs as they run deals there during the week.
Really good food. Highly recommend. Booked last minute aa got a cancellation at the mot centre. Lovely cocktail as well. Reasonable price for the quality of the food. Will definitely be back.
The room upstairs was booked for a retirement party and was a great venue. Bar staff were fantastic. Plenty of room for a boogie. Easy on street parking outside and opposite Romas. Loved it.
I cannot recommend this venue for a private event. The upstairs new cocktail lounge is perfect for any event. We celebrated our fathers 80 th birthday, which was fantastic, the staff were amazing, the food laid on was delicious and they even went to the trouble of supplying the children colouring books and crayons. It would be hard to find any where nicer.
A big thank you to Romas staff and management who were outstanding when we hired the upstairs newly referbished restaurant on the 12 July 2023.The food for the return reception was second to none. We will definitely return in the near future.

Long time since I had been here as I had a very average service a while ago. Decided to try it again as it is under new management as far as I know. Everything was very good including the menu. I personally got the Gammon and it was excellent. My mother was with me and she had Chicken Gougons far too many for her to eat. Wouldn't think twice of going back again.
I ordered Scampi, it was nice but could have been more crispy plus it was served with some strange tasting mayonnaise?? Scampi should always be served with tartar sauce, anything else is sacrilege. I ask for tartar sauce, what I was given was obviously out of a sachet and disgusting. I won't be back in a hurry, menu obviously has been changed and not for the better.
Honestly couldn't fault Romas. Food soooo tasty and great value for money; staff are friendly, efficient and just the best; atmosphere is second to none. Just love this place... oh and the cocktails are pretty awesome too!!
Meal was lovely l had the pasta dish which is tremendous value and my good lady had a sizzling meal again lovely. Staff were friendly helpful and attentive but not overly. 😁👍🇬🇧🏴

Cider mmmmmmmm Johnny,Lucas, Kyle,Taylor and all, great service, fantastic food,be it chicken sizzler or champ and roast beef with seasonal vegetables and an application of pepper sauce.ice cream dessert maybe a "Dark and Stormy".great music by various performers . Friday and Saturday nights!

Great food, had the steak, and it was lovely. Had the pavaloia for dessert beautiful. Couldn't fault the service. Me u was great lots to choose from.
The very best service with every visit. The place has such a nice atmosphere and you’re able to enjoy your food with not too much going on around you. Anytime I have visited my food has been super tasty and actually served warm! I always go for the veggie/vegan curried cauliflower burger which never fails to hit! The staff are honestly all lovely, especially Taylor!!
Not only good food, but they also do pretty good cocktails and gin and lemonades.
