Have used this chippy mainly ordering by phone and collecting. Usually it's a large order for approximately 12 people. The order will have a mixture of meals - sausages, fish, chicken etc. The order has always been ready at the correct time. Food is hot and enjoyed by all.

Definitely the best chippy in our area. Foods always cooked fresh with really generous portion sizes. Staff all really nice and work hard to get your food to you quickly and always warm. I work in a local special needs school and the railway fryer is a firm favourite with all our kids (and staff)
First time customer at the Railway Fryer I was pleasantly surprised by the quality and variety of the food. I am a regular at the Railway Fryer and it never fails to please. The food is top quality especially there chicken coujons which are homemade in fresh Batter. I mostly order a chicken coujon meal which is great value for money and I also get a large carton of curry with this in which I buy separate
This is a great chippy. The food is delicious. Fresh cut chips every day and you can tell. Staff have always been very nice and they work very efficiently, especially at peak times so you’re never waiting very long for your order to be ready.
