A massive thank you to Frankie, Sheila, Kieran and the staff. Food was amazing. The service was second to none and our wedding was made extra special. All 80 guests thoroughly enjoyed their meal and we would heartily recommend Thunderdome for ANY and ALL occasions.

It is a great place to dine or a night out the food is great staff are friendly very helpful, you can hire the function rooms for any occasion if you want a buffet it is excellent, any friends or family I have brought here have had a great experience and now go back every time they come home. I believe it is the best restaurant in Newtownabbey as I have tried all of them including the hotels non come close.
If your planning a wedding r a party this is the place to be we had r wedding here yesterday all I can say is amazing the staff and management went above and beyond r expectations nothing was a problem to them they made r day so special and we thank you all for a brilliant day. Had my child's christening on sunday and the staff were amazing made everything run smoothly they are a credit to the dome! Family and friends had a brilliant day thanks to kieran martin cleary and the bar staff they made it a fun day !!!

Absolutely stunning decor. We had breakfast 1 fry and 1poached eggs,bacon and toast. I also had pancakes. Everything was beautiful and served hot by a very friendly,efficient young guy ( didn't get his name) Haven't been here in quite a while but look forward to eating here again soon 😀

Great place for a quiet pint during the day. The food did not look the best in the main pub and the floors/carpets were very sticky...but the beer was cold & there is loads of places to sit and have a chat. Staff were spot on as well.
Casual vibes, good pints. Was buzzing that they have 0% Guinness for me as a non drinker

Starters and dinner was abosuletly lovely and very reasonable priced. Would love to know where they got there garlic sauce because was gorgeous!. Only bad point was when liverpool got beat at the end of the night😭
A group of us went after lockdown and you could easily social distance and were able to order drinks and food using your phone and get table service. Very safe and a fun day out.
We had a lovely meal in Trinity Restaurant my husband had the sirloin steak with mushrooms and onions with peppersauce and chips well to say the steak was melt in the mouth was an understatement it was delicious, I myself had the chicken burger was was coated in a very little spicy covering it was one of the big bed chicked fillets I've ever had and it was so very tasty. Definelty would recommend this restaurant for a visit price excellent and staff friendly. We then went into the wee traditional bar to finish out drinks where it was cosy and traditional music in the background. Mairead

I was in the thunder done for the very first time two days ago, from my first experience in the bar believe me I'll become a regular as long as I'm allowed in lol, very comfortable bar, great surroundings and the staff are very helpful and friendly.
