Definitely my favourite place to get a Chinese. Staff are friendly and polite. Food tasted amazing however I did have leftovers for dinner the following day as there was so much.

Had the pinapple duck and mixed meat/special fried rice, the sauce the duck dish was in had a nice strong flavour and the rice was pretty decent too, generous chunks of meat in both dishes. 100% will go again, tonnes better than the other Chinese I tried in Newtown that was so disgusting I couldn't

Had food for me and some mates. Everyone loved it and there was plenty left. We would recommend The Lantern to anyone who comes round. The staff was friendly and the food was cooked quickly. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED.
