Used to be my local but hadn't been in since moving to Devon 21years ago. Has under gone a refurbishment at some point and improved an already excellent local hostelry, one member of staff recognised me after that long. The service is as good as ever, will definitely pop in again when in the area.
We attended a 37th birthday party, and we were made so welcome by the locals, staff & those attending the party. It was an amazing atmosphere 👏 thanks

We went to the Victoria on Saturday Night for our Christmas meal.
Unfortunately 3 people had to cancel last minute but Manager was really nice about it and did not charge for them.
The food and service were excellent. Steaks were cooked spot on and the special made Nut Roast for our Vegetarian was delicious.
The drinks are reasonable priced and we had a great Night. Manager and Staff are lovely and we would definitely book there again.

Great service and good food at reasonable price! Friendly staff Catherine took really good care of us! She introduced us to the nearby attractions after knowing we are new to this area, had a chit chat with us and made sure we are comfortable! Food is delicious, apple pie is yummy! A good place to hangout!

Very nice pub with great choice of drinks. Rear garden really nice and great play area for little peeps. Well worth a visit. Staff really nice too.

Went with family for Sunday lunch. The children's play area is excellent. The interior is clean and nicely decorated. The staff were helpful. The food was lovely but could had done with another slice of meat as 1 was not quite enough.
I seriously cannot say a bad word about this place kath and her team absolutely go above and beyond on every visit! I'm not a pub person but I do love coming here nice food nice drinks amazing events! Had a blast tonight at the charity bingo can't wait for the next one!
Attended funeral wake. Staff were fabulous. Pub seats a bit tired but the day was well organised
My good friend took me for lunch at the The Victoria Inn, Newton le Willows recently, this was my first time going there; I must say that I was very impressed with how friendly and helpful all the staff were, they food was presented very well and tasted delicious, the proportions were excellent and wonderful value for money. The ambience and interior decor was very clean and welcoming, and the outside was very impressive especially the play area for children was a brilliant layout and looks very safe too; the lawn area was very green and lush and all the abundant table seating areas were well spaced out! I will certainly be calling to visit again in the near future! :)
Meet my mate, , who has a 5 year old, he love playing on the play area, very family friendly, good beer not expensive! Good mix of people!
Just had a lunch at The Victoria the food was beautiful all home cooked! Proper chips no frozen food! The kids had 2 courses and myself and mum had 2 for £10 drinks all for £29!! Can't get any better than that! Outside is brilliant for kids huge play area. We will be visiting again in summer to make full use of the place. Well done The Victoria! Highly recommended 👌
Great place, fab staff. I ordered a cheese and bacon burger. It was served with chips and burger sauce. Everything was really good, but there was no offer of salt and vinegar other than that highly recommended.
Really nice place, the staff are lovely. Decent pint and reasonable. We didnt eat but the food coming out looked nice.
