Mitch aka the guy working upstairs, was a genuine legend, he clearly had excellent customer service skills and knows how to add the finishing touches to really improve and personalize your experience, the man did not stand still for 5 minutes and was up and down the stairs non-stop serving customers
Introduced my partners sister & husband to Panchi & it didn't disappoint. The food was, as always, so delicious and the staff are so friendly. This is our go to Indian Restaurant.
Consistently had great food from here, across many dishes whether eat in or takeaway. Staff always attentive and helpful. Well worth a visit.
First date night since lockdown ended! We tried to get a reservation at Panchi just before lockdown with no success so we were so excited when they opened up for take out Thursday- Sunday! As you can imagine we took full use of this and instantly fell in love with the food.

Went on recommendation, glad we did. Friendly, welcoming, relaxing. A bit more costly than other places but the food is delicious, would say worth a try and we'll go again no problem, enjoy!
What lovely staff and fantastic food!!!! Loved the mixed veg starter. Food was such good value for money and was top quality. Tof and the staff were super friendly and welcoming. Will defo come back soon
