first time here and food is very tasty and the lady is so friendly. Also tried there new dishes Black pepper fried rice and salt and pepper chicken. They also have a special offer on weekdays that cost only ￡7. I would recommend their dimsum aswell.
Best salt & pepper chicken and salt & pepper chips around the area. There chips is fresh potatoes, not like other chippy in the area that sells frozen chips. If you are looking for fresh potatoes you should defo go there. Amazing salt & pepper dishes and fresh chips, cant recommend it more!

We were looking for a Chinese and found Hong Liang. Just note they ONLY TAKE CASH, so take some. They are very reasonable and the food was amazing and big portions.....the ladies were absolutely lovely too. Absolutely go here as you won’t be disappointed. We had mixed curry with salt & pepper chips
Best Chinese takeaway in the area. Very friendly staff,always feel welcomed. Reasonably priced for great quality food! If you are looking for great quality food that's the place to be. Chicken curry , salt pepper chicken and salt pepper chips is my favorite, you need to try it

Really love the food from here, small place, recommend ringing your order through beforehand because it can get very busy on a weekend. but would highly recommend it.

They changed owner and I wasnt sure if the food is the same, but I was surprised cause there curry is more tasty and I had salt and pepper chicken with salt and pepper chips and my partner had chicken curry with fried rice. Will come back for the chicken curry fo sure. And staff were very friendly😁
Moved to Newton-le-willows just this month and decided to try this Chinese. Honestlythis is the best Chinese I have had! The staff were very welcoming and helpful. The food was so nice and provided good portions. The prices are reasonable. I will definitely be going back here again in the near futur
