Excellent staff superb service very polite and you always get a laugh
Excellent for a quick snack or your daily bread. They used to do really nice bacon and sausage sandwiches but had one the other day (first one for about a year) and the sausages were nothing short of disgusting. Coffee is really good and way cheaper than the likes of Starbucks/Costa etc.
Lovely to have picked up a delicious salad for lunch and a lovely cream cake value for money

Gregg in Newton Ay cliffe is always very busy small seated area inside. Would like to see a much bigger seating. Maybe outside with covered places to sit. But still the best for sausage rolls ,sandwiches & takeaways 🥪🌭🍕🌯

Great bakers. Best sausage rolls in town. A little pricier than some but its worth the extra.

Only giving it 4 stars because twice running they didn't have three D foam tape in stock, one of a Crafters basic. Otherwise theres plenty of choice in stocks of card, dies + stamps + other basics and she'll try to get in anything you may ask for. Looking at Geminis on a previous visit and when I explained I didn't drive she offered a foc personal delivery next day. Always ready to demonstrate a technique if you ask. What better service can you ask for.

Greggs is a Greggs. Breakfast is immense value for money and the sausage rolls are a thing of beauty.
