I don’t normally leave reviews but after a difficult night the staff really made my morning. I am always greeted with a warm smile from whoever is behind the counter but this morning the gentleman who served me went above and beyond. While he was doing all his duties behind the counter, he still found the time to interact with my little boy. Making him laugh as he made the coffees and playing peekaboo as he stocked up. It was a really heartwarming experience and I’m grateful for his kindness. All the staff are very lovely, the place is always clean, busy rushes are handled with ease and the atmosphere is welcoming.

My fiance and myself are vegan and the amazing staff washed the equipment for us as well as getting out the allergen book and showing us through the ingredients so we could work out which frostinos we could have. Wonderful experience ☺️

The staffs members were all ever so friendly and welcoming. They did not stop, from serving and thoroughly cleaning the whole cafe. It was lovely to see 3 young members keeping their working area spotlessly clean. Well done guys.
Really good place. Just like every Costa. Pleasant staff, great drinks and snacks.
I like Costa for a coffee but so wish they wld allow dogs. There was an elderly gentleman sat at outside table drinking coffee with his small terrier. (It was cold) Such a shame he cannot be allowed in. It is becoming so more acceptable these days, come on Costa.

My elderly father is a regular customer of this Costa, loves the coffee (and cakes!) but especially the friendly staff who go out of their way to make his visit comfortable and enjoyable. I visited today with him and I could see exactly what he means - the staff today (Becca, Jordan and Katie) were excellent and a real credit to the company. It's so important to look after your regular clients, especially in difficult times like these, and the staff here really go the extra mile. Many thanks!

Freindly staff love my little treats in here
No issues at all with the store or the staff, Staff are always incredibly helpful. Just a shame some customers who sit outside let their dogs snarl and growl at people when sitting down or even walking past. Seen 2 customers who have dogs who leave excrement amongst the benches or in the bushes alongside the store and walk off without picking it up
Five stars for the staff! Friendly, welcoming abd even passed by the table to ask if everything was OK for us. Costa is Costa when it comes to the offer but the attitude of the staff make this one absolutely lovely!
It's a new Costa, near town centre. Easy to park at or walk to, depends what you fancy. Plenty of sitting in and outside. Cosy. At time of visit didn't have large take away cups nor cinnamon (eye roll)
Staff friendly. Nothing is ever too much...
With current restrictions it does take a little longer for service but thats no big deal if your sitting in
