Placed an order for collection which was ready in great time! Got home to find no scone that I was expecting with my order . Only phoned back to let them know and they delivered it instead but sent an extra one free of charge! Food is very tasty, great customer service, thankyou.
Went here for the first time to grab some breakfast with the girlfriend and I was very impressed. Staff were very friendly, the food was great and at a very reasonable price for the portion sizes you get. The only thing my GF didn't like was the latte but that's just because she said it tastes like nescafe and she isn't a fan of it but outside of that there are no issues.
Love Coffee Pronto. Their bacon buns are crammed with lovely thick bacon and the food choice is great. Good value and friendly service.
Wonderful cafe with great food and great staff. Very popular with a good menu have never been disappointed with my meals. They also do delivery.
Top notch grub not greasy like every other breakfast place in the town. Staff are very polite also and will make sure your order is perfect.
Coffee pronto is my altime favorite cafe i absolutely love it staff are really loverly its up the road in aycliffe but a must very easy for scooters and wheelchairs the food home cooked just like your mam made they deliver meals too and ive also had the buffet service which was out standing the prices are just as good definatly recomend there is a take out service and you can have it prepared cold so can eat later i have had it this way when inviting people for tea i carnt use hands as good now but why should that stop me entertaining and everyone has said how nice it was

Very friendly staff I wanted a cuppa outside but couldn't carry a tea pot, cup etc so put the tea straight in a cup so it was easier to carry with pushing the pram as well thank you coffee pronto for being so helpful
A definite improvement since they moved downstairs - the coffee is better and the 6 iten breakfast is tremendous value - some days I get 2!
