Good food with ample portions. Staff excellent. Very popular place so booking is essential. Large eating area. So maybe not the best for an intimate meal for two. But would recommend giving this a try as the food quality is very good
Birthday lunch out at The Bay Horse, a fairly modern pub inside, lots of places to sit, comfy chairs and friendly relaxed atmosphere.
Burger was delicious I am told, home made chips too, portion was huge!! The halloumi flat bread was on tortilla bread, the halloumi was cooked to perfection and the chilli jam was amazing. The salad leaves 🫣 what a shame, gritty and not washed, not tasty at all.
White choc and raspberry roulade was divine.
The waitress was really lovely on an incredibly busy afternoon. Very reasonable prices.
Would have been a five if it wasn't for the grit!!
All tables were booked but manage to get a slot. Staff were very nice helpful and friendly. Food was excellent. Well worth the trip out.
Lovely food in a lovely pub, been a good while since we have been here but was really impressed with the food and the quality of it. Went again yesterday for Christmas Dinner was tasty. Also have been and collected a takeaway Sunday dinner absolutely lovely will use again
This is a perfect 10 restaurant/bar. We booked a table for 2 an hour before arrival and was stunned to find the place was packed on a Tuesday afternoon. Every plate I saw was filled with the most amazing food and even though me and my partner only had a light bite it was a bit portion and delicious. Can't wait to visit again
My favourite local pub! I often go here with my friend to have a catch up and am always impressed with their food. I can’t say I’ve ever tried their starters, but based on how delicious their main courses and desserts are, I’m sure the starters are equally as good! Staff are friendly and helpful.
My local. The food is always fantastic. Service is always very good. Sometimes very busy and you can see the staff are working under lots of pressure. We have never had a bad meal here.

Food was absolutely amazing here .best starter I've ever had.full flavour.tasted my partners starter omg wonderfully taste..fantastic service.no long waits..regularly checked on.ppl were so polite and great to chat 2.couldnt ask for better.will 100% be going bk again very soon x
