Went in to place an order, the guy was friendly and had great customer service, the best ever in a take away shop. He was polite and helpful, give us a great deal and we waiting whilst our fresh pizza was cooked, ideal. We took the pizza and potato tots home, all delicious, will be visiting again

Fantastic Opening Day Showing!
I was not expecting perfection from an opening day order, but was pleasantly happy with what I ordered! I chose to take a gamble and order on their first day open, and I have to say that the standards of Papa Johns are shown in this Newton Abbot franchise.
The variety of toppings are fantastic, and the signature pizza dough is very very good; lightly crispy and the interior giving that signature softness and bite that one comes to love in a properly cooked pizza.
I love seeking out the fully Italian pizzerias but they are a long way from Newton Abbot. Your next best option is Papa Johns!

Super happy with the service from Papa Johns today. We wanted to change the base on the pizza but did not make it very clear so instead of guessing, they called us to check. Uber eats were taking forever to pick the order up and so they contacted us and offered to personally deliver it and gave us a free bottle of drink for the inconvenience. Super happy

First order, out in time, perfectly cooked and prepared as it should.
Some really good offers available too. This will be the only place we get pizza from now.
Papa John's is my favorite pizza place so was very happy when I found out they were opening one in Newton Abbot. I've gotten pizza there a few times since they opened and it's always warm and delicious.

Delivered within an hour, food was hot and they even called due to not having something instead of just substituting for the next best thing.

Had a special treat on the weekend and although expensive they cover this with the 50% off. Pizza was excellent and cooked extremely quickly
