Lovely pub, would thoroughly recommend. I have two big dogs and we weee welcomed with no hesitation. The landlord was friendly and helpful, food and coffee great too 😁
The whole team at the Pheasant are doing a great job under the new management and direction. A local pub that welcomes visitors and provides well priced pub food that’s really tasty and good quality. Plenty of choice for veggies and the wines are all good. Quiz nights are a must, great fun.
Called in for a drink here whilst staying at a holiday cottage nearby. Lovely busy village pub, staff and local customers very friendly and welcoming. We didn't have a meal but did have some nibbles off the menu and they were amazing. If we visit this area again we would definitely book in for a mea
I had a delightful experience at The Pheasant pub in St Newlyn East near Newquay. The picturesque village setting, ample parking, and charming outdoor seating with countryside vistas set the stage for a lovely visit. The pub's inviting atmosphere, adorned with traditional decor, created a warm and
One of the most fantastic roast Dinners we have ever had! Lovely staff, beautiful bar, a lovely place to unwind on a lazy, sunny, Sunday afternoon! Thanks again guys, we will be back for more cheese sauce!! ❤️✌️
Great food, dog friendly, Abby served us two nights in a row and had a soft spot for our Rex. Highly recommend, will come again in our return.
Stopped at this pub after a walk, the food was amazing best Taco's I've ever had. This pub is owned by the same people who have the Rising Sun in Truro and you can tell. Will definitely visit again👍
We were staying close by so booked a table early evening. Starters were nachos for wife and I went for the special of mushroom soup and soda bread. Absolutely superb. Mains were good too. Excellent pint of Doombar beer too. Staff were friendly and efficient.
Lovely cosy pub situated in St Newlyn East. The food was excellent and incredibly tasty. Good selection of beers on tap. All the staff were friendly and attentive. We would highly recommend to anyone visiting Cornwall.
Food was great once we got everything we ordered the sides came after 2 trips back to the bar to ask where they were, and we had practically finished it our meals. Staff were sorry Nice place though, off the beaten track
Booked here for Sunday lunch yesterday, food was delish. We both had Sunday roast (one beef and one pork) with a side of cauliflower cheese. Great value, welcoming staff from moment we entered to when we left. Would go again if staying longer. Defo ‘Top spot’ for a Sunday Lunch though!
Beautiful village pub with a great selection of drinks and food. The garden at the back is lovely and has stunning views across Newquay and out to sea. The team are also super friendly yet professional at the same time. I highly recommend this place if you want a country village pub vibe that has lo
Lovely pub serving great food in a nice relaxed and friendly atmosphere, it's also dog friendly which is a must for us . Happily Recommend.
Highly recommended. We had Sunday lunch and the food and service were perfect. Lovely roast with a great portion for adults and kids.
Not the most enjoyable family , younger staff were pleasant and friendly though the superior attitude of one lady did make us feel unwelcome. The essence of a service based stablishment us to make all the paying customers feel welcome not just the local clientele.
Popped in for lunch and were lucky enough to get a table. Wonderful Sunday Roast, well cooked, reasonably priced and plentiful. Lovely old pub atmosphere and lovely beer garden outside with views across to the sea and Crantock.
Ate twice at the Pheasant whilst on holliday. Proper local pub and staff really friendly. Brilliant service and great food 🍲
Great food, great service…highly recommended. Lovely to have such a great local in our village. Well done guys and girls. Cx
