One of the few places still serving food at 9pm on a Friday night, which saved us. Food was delicious, service prompt and friendly, couldn't fault it!

Came here today with my partner and our son, we ordered our food Nachos to start and Mozzarella Sticks too, the Nachos weren’t what we expected and didn’t taste the best, after we were asked how our food was we had to tell them, and in fairness they took the Nachos off our bill which we were very grateful for, the main courses were Fridays Glazed burger which was declious, and Sesame Chicken Strips which were also fantastic too. Really good staff here and helpful too, will be returning for sure. 5 stars 👍

Came here on a Monday evening and despite it being quiet (only 4 or 5 other tables seated) the atmosphere was brilliant down to the energy and enthusiasm of the staff! We were served by KAM for the evening and we can't speak highly enough of her! She was very helpful and friendly- a definite credit to the team :) The manager PHIL was also fantastic and made me a mocktail tailored to my dietary requirements as there were no appropriate options for me on the menu due to stock shortages. He took the time to speak to us and was incredibly understanding and helpful. Would definitely visit again as the food was fantastic too :) Our experience with the lovely staff has stuck with us and we were praising them all the way home Wish I could give 10 stars for service Thank you both:)

My suggestion to dine at TGI as it had been a favourite of mine in the past. I enthused about the 50s/60s background music although things had changed. Background music almost non-existent (maybe it was due to our early lunch time of 12 15). We ordered soft drinks, my friend not choosing her usual wine due to the cost of £10. My friend chose the Chilli from the Lunchtime menu whilst I chose a Chicken burger. Both options were with fries, mine also having a Jack Daniels dipping sauce. The Chilli meal was returned (not hot) & a replacement offered. The Waitress who served us was very friendly & chatty & though we enjoyed our lunch there, I think the Chicken burger i chose was overpriced (£16 25)

Food was very tasty. Service was good. Vinyl seats were sticky. Visited as a weekday business trip and a Monday night at 7pm was busier than I thought!

Visited recently & opted for the three course festive menu for £21.99 I had the winter bruschetta which was nice maybe could have done with a bit more of the creamy mushroom topping if any feedback at all. Jack Daniels strips are always amazing & didn't think the dessert menu was all that impressive when opting for the festive menu but decided with the mint chocolate sundae which was nice. Refillable drinks were replaced promptly & meals out in good time.

You always know what you are getting with TGI's and this is no different. Fantastic food and drink with very friendly service. The staff are great and more than happy to accommodate families. The little patch of artificial grass outside makes it a great place to come and eat with the kids as they can play whilst waiting for food. Will be visiting again, thank you
