A very pleasant cafe. Good menu, freshly cooked, and well spaced, comfortable seating in a modern style makes this place worth a visit. The coffee was also very good, too.
Staff are amazing, so good with small children. My son loves going in for his Friday "coffee". Coffee is good quality, and they have all your usual options.
Only wish they did dairy free pancakes or more vegan options.
My husband loves their cakes. But I don't think they do a vegan options in the cakes.
Amazing to have this place in our little town. Went here for the first time the weekend gone and woah, what a delicious brekkie we had. Recommended.
EDIT: Just had the pancakes this morning and unfortunately they weren't great, hard in spots too for some reason. Partner had eggs on avo and they were spot on.
What an amazing place, the 2 perfect, runny yoked poached eggs on soar dough, with avocado, and pancetta, and I chose extra spinach, was absolutely fantastic. Very tasty, a decent portion, great service and great value. I had a pot of tea to go with it, served in a Japanese metal teapot. Beautiful. Thoroughly recommend. I ate on my own, and felt very comfortable indeed. Thank you very much, I will be a regular.

Very pleasant staff and really nice aesthetics and ambience.
My German shepherd dog is also allowed in, that makes a perfect mid walk pit stop for the both of us.
My friend and I stopped in Newport for a quickly coffee break as we were going to Snowdon and had driven already 3hours, we stopped at Box of Goodness where we found a very warm and friendly coffee shop. We highly recommend to try the blondies and especially the raspberry, the biscoff white cookie and banoffee ones.

Lovely coffee shop, dropped in for a coffee and cake on the off chance. Service was good. Food menu looked lovely and the meals that were brought out looked delicious.
Excellent small cafe. Beautiful cakes lovely salads haven't tried other food yet. They sell free range etcs etc. Run by a lovely young couple. Seating outside as well
Stopped here on a whim for late lunch. Was not disappointed! Had a croque monsieur with homemade passionfruit lemonade, and it went down a treat. My fiancé had an iced americano and a lotus blondie, which he demolished at speed! Friendly and attentive staff, I overheard one having a nice chat with another customer enjoying his coffee. Will happily return when I'm in Newport next. Thank you!
Delightful Coffee Shop & Farm Shop delicatessen. Wonderful produce beautifully presented with excellent friendly staff. Lovely coffee well made and good quality this morning a delight to visit.
First time visit. Pleasant atmosphere. Friendly and courteous staff. Ordered a delightful piece of Victoria Sponge Cake, accompanied by two pots of tea. Each serving about four cups each.
Price was around £ 8.50. Considering how much tea could be drunk. I thought that the price was about right for what was served.
A nice experience, especially if you have some time to kill. After the disruption from the last three years. It's good to see local cafes, being well attended. I hope this one flourishes.
The food in this place is absolutely lovely. It is also freshly prepared and cooked to order. It is beautifully presented and delicious and the service is friendly and efficient. The coffee is also very much to my taste. However, you have to be of a hardy dispostion when the weather is cold. The main entrance door does not close after customers have entered, and if they do not close it, nor do the staff. Should the rear entrance door open, as it does on occasions, you are treated to a long cold blast of air. Fine in summer, not so in the colder months.

First time here this lunchtime. Had the turkey, brie and cranberry toasted sandwich, plus a strawberry milkshake. Really nice. Will definitely be back soon!

The best lunch stop in Newport. Nothing is too much trouble. I would highly recommend the salads. Great value and very generous portions. Every member of staff are a real credit to the business. They all work incredibly hard to make sure you have a great time.
