Could not get to grips with ordering at the touch screen terminal so ordered at the counter. Gentleman there was extremely helpful and gave useful advice and suggestions. Food ordered was delivered quickly and was very tasty. Ample free parking outside for up to three hours. You do not have the problem of paying Isle of Wights extortionate parking fees or have to download any parking app.
Best BK in the entire UK! Food is always hot and usually less than 5 minutes wait from order to eating food.
20 Vegan Nuggets and best thing of all! Free refills on cup drinks as long as you're in the premises (not sure if anyone is aware of that) but I am.
Will always be visiting when I come to the island.
A tip: because of the free refills, always ask for a regular drink as it is cheaper and still have the same amount of drink.
fast and friendly service, only downside when we went was that they didn’t have their full menu due to technical difficulties. the place was clean and tidy. we decided to dine in but there is also a drive thru.

Overall the experience here was great. I was greeted with a friendly manner and got to order quickly, the food itself was made very fast but also accurate. I have no complaints about this restaurant and will look to purchase more often from here.
Great service, Quick and Clean, the best tasting burgers as they are flame grilled and not sat there all day like certain other companies burgers!!!

Amazing food and polite staff, the restaurant was very clean and not loads of food left on any tables. The food had all the beautiful flavours that you would expect from Burger King and the chips you just don’t want them to end. The drinks have plenty of flavour selection and free refills if you eat in.
Loved my chicken burger and loaded fries in a clean nice and quiet store. I'm sure it does get busy but I enjoyed the experience.
When they get the mobile orders correct, it's excellent. Unfortunately, they tend to get them wrong often.
Stopped here for snack. Food was good. Service was okay. Drive thru layout is confusing and badly thought out. To get to the drive thru you have to drive against everyone leaving the car park and then wait in a queue for KFC drive thru. Then the collection window is at such a strange angle you even need to risk losing your wing mirror by getting too close or stop so far that they have to throw your food at you.
It's probably the best Burger King I have visited (and the only one on the Island). The food comes out consistently good, and the place is always quiet.
Been to a few burger kings in my time and it's usually a rushed affair. Choosing food then ordering and running out of the door to get home in time to watch iggle piggle before bedtime.
However we were on holiday so ate in. Compared to othe BKs the staff here were on point, helpful and friendly.
The food was hot, well prepared and my whopper didn't fall apart as soon as I looked at it (as often happens).
The guy behind the counter even did a checkback to make sure our food was good.
Genuinely amazed. Well done your a credit to the franchise and burger king as a whole.
