I’ve slept in many different hotels in my time and may I say this has to be one of the best I have ever been in. Truly an exceptional establishment! From cleanliness to the likes of alcoholic beverages to quality of service. It was truly divine. Following on, this terrific, paramount experience comes at the expense of, I believe her name was Ellie, a bubbly young lady whom may I say actually made my whole experience on this trip. She was attentive, kind, a great listener as well as a talker. Genuinely one of the loveliest bar staff I have ever met.
You will see me again at this lovely establishment. Was truly a pleasure to be catered to.
Have used the Swan on numerous occasions for overnight stays when staying in the area. Always welcoming and the accommodation is always clean and comfortable. Really does feel like home when I’m back. Room 3 is my favourite room.
