Shame they have changed so much and dictate the way we shop now. Best yo shop online. Staff always so friendly and kind. But too many brands and it seems Marks and Spencers is becoming like next too.
Much better than morrisons rather shop here and the cafe is wonderful and the food is top quality don't ever shop in morrisons again. Morrisons gone down the pan needs a new roof.
M&S has had it's up's and down's but currently, it seems to have found its mojo. The store is spacious and well organised as well as being easy to find your way round to get what you want easily. The clothing and home ranges are generally good and the quality of products is also very good. The Food Hall is excellent! Whilst not massive in size it does carry a good range. The quality of the fresh foods in particular is verg good and, quite often less expensive than the leading supermarkets! Who'd have thought?
We had a family lunch at the M&S Newport Cafeteria. Excellent and original food for an affordable price.
A great store with ample free parking selling an excellent range of clothing & footwear in all sizes for ladies, men & children, a large foodhall selling a wide range of food & drink as well as a quality cafe serving up delicious cakes, sandwiches & hot drinks.

We Came to this M & S a few times. It was Great. Could do with a refit. BUT it was lush. The Cafe was Pleasant and Lively :-)
I have been on the island for nearly 2 weeks. I purchased nearly £200 worth of clothing and ordered more instore. Margaret was absolutely incredible, she went above and beyond to help me. The best service I have received in any M&S. Thank you
Always quality, short ques, and great variety. Regular visit for those special little bits and pieces. Just waiting for the Marmite hot cross buns. Mmmm!
I visited the café with my mum for some lunch and we were pleasantly surprised with the food! We both had the toasties - I had cheese and ham and my mum had the tuna one - both were really tasty! we both had a frappe too, I had the chocolate colin the caterpillar one which was really nice (and looked very cute too!) would definitely eat here again.

Lovely food getting better with cloths, still a bit stuffy and too dear. Bought a couple of bits of jewellery they were a good price. All the staff are lovely nothing too much bother. So polite. Very nice shop worth staying for a coffee.
I came in to the Newport store Sunday 1st May., a kind lady called Julie helped point me in the right direction for what I was looking for. She also helped me use the new self check out till, she was so friendly and helpful and made my shopping day a lot easier.
Always so clean and very airy. Staff very helpful. Plenty of choice in all the clothing areas and good value for money. Not the cheapest but excellent quality.
I went in for a bra fitting, was very pleasantly helped by Brenda and Joy. They really knew what they were talking about, very knowledgeable in their advice. Nothing was too much for them.
Would highly recommend this service.
Just been to pickup our Christmas food order of several items. The system of pre-ordering worked well. Our order was ready on time and all the items ordered were in excellent condition. We picked up the order smoothly and easily. The staff involved were pleasant and helpful. Will do this again next year.
On my visit to your Newport store today I managed to get measured for a bra.A lady hadn't turned up for a 2pm appointment.I cannot sing the praises enough of the lady that measured me.,Very experienced and professional, I came out with four new bras.Many thanks Lynn
I regularly head to the food section in M&S and it's always good. Yes, it's slightly more pricier than other stores in town, but it's a far better quality of product you are getting quite honestly, and so, like most things in life, you get what you pay for. Me personally, I'd sooner pay more money and have better/tastier grub, hence I head here instead of elsewhere.
