Wow, what amazing value for money, great ambience and super friendly staff. Proper handmade chips too � This place has just secured a place on the 'go to' list when we next have a meal out. Highly recommend

My wife and I walked here on a coastal path walk .Food was excellent . Best rump steak I've had for ages , my wife had the home made lasagne which was delicious plus the home made chips . I love my ale and the local Magpie brew was a real session beer . I would recommend this pub to anyone

stopped here on the way back from visiting my dad and had a lovely roast beef dinner and my wife had a cauli and stilton option which was also very good, a big plateful i couldnt manage a desert.. i will return.

Great to see this pub open again with Nicky and her daughter, early days for them but a nice range of beers and a passion to do well with their Sunday lunches (sounds great) we’ll be back to eat soon as it’s so local and is a great little pub in a lovely village

What I call a proper pub, small and cosy, they had the fire on in both rooms. Food was beautiful, I had the rack of lamb roast and I think it was the best roast I've had out in years!! Not over priced food and the staff and happy and friendly. Will definitely be going back soon.

We visited this pub today to find a new fresh and clean look.
It still retains it's Country Pub feel.
Food was Good and Coffee outside afterwards was very pleasant.
