The Man In The Moon - Newport - Photo album

Beautiful looking place , food was ok , however the JP had been microwaved too much as couldnt be cut through the base, was in a hurry so didnt have time to send it back.
This Weatherspoons had so much character and charm. It's in an old church, and they were in the process of doing a lot of restoration work to the structure of the building. It's a really good-sized pub with lots of seating. There is the normal Weatherspoons menu with something for everyone. Our
A causal wetherspoons you always want to be in. Located in Newport in Isle of Wight. Got a beautiful structure from the exterior and interior. Got sitting both inside and outside the pub.
One of the most unique Wetherspoon pubs which I’ve visited. Quick and friendly service and great value.
A really nice wether spoons friendly polite staff who work very hard to please the customer, I wish our local spoons was half as good 😊 well done 👍✅ every one keep up the good work
My wife and I love this place. I believe they should improve the cleanliness of the tables. Food and drinks are good. The attendants are friendly.
As usual weatherspoons does it again a very sympathetic restoration of a fantastic old church,we didn't eat on our visit, but the normal fare was available plus it must be one of the least expensive places to drink,as I was paying at various venues between £9.50 to £15.00 for two pints. Here it
A group of us were on a weekend to the Isle of Wight and decided to visit the Man in the Moon. Another Wetherspoons off the list! Absolutely fascinating. In a previous life it had been a church. All the features had been retained, and sympathetically restored. Along with a plaque on the front of the
Good value. Good food. Just what the doctor ordered. Nice building as well that adds to the experience.
A converted church, the design of this place was quirky! Downstairs in oart of the restaurant it was quite dark, so we sat upstairs in the bright and airy section. Service was very fast and the drinks are good value for money.
Probably one of the most beautiful weatherspoons we have visited. Set in a beautiful church. Food was lovely. Great atmosphere
Order app, cheap beer, lots of choice, lots of seats, not too loud. Unhappy they got rid of the brie and chilli jam burger, I really liked that. Would order it every time.
Decent sized Spoons in the middle of Newport built around a church. Usual range of food and beers.
Came here for breakfast with the family, husband has been here quite a few times whilst living here. Boys all happy and I was totally taken aback by the toilets!! Incredibly clean and very stylish… for some loo’s!
Food came out so fast and was very straight forward. We wanted a booth and it was dirty and the waiter cleared it without delay when asked. Very polite and welcoming place. Cant complain. Prices are a bonus aswell. So cheap
Seems to be a sympathetic renovation to the history of the building, lovely. Quite a few young men behind the bar/waiting tables that were happy, polite and helpful 👍 We only had coffee but the customers having food seemed content, a pleasant visit.
This is a lovely Wetherspoons in Newport on the Isle of Wight! It was our first visit and it was good, so will be back when next over on the Isle of Wight! The staff were great, as was the food and the real ale we had!!
Great food as always from Wetherspoons. Visited twice for an evening meal, and once during the day for Coffee. Lovely friendly helpful staff on all occasions. We loved the location and how the church has been turned into a Wetherspoons
