Can't really rate "atmosphere" as its not an eat-in kind of place, but they are friendly enough when I've been in and picked up. App/website is easy enough and order arrived when timer had me expecting it 20 minutes later. So that was handy.
After reading all the negative reviews myself and a colleague debated about ordering food from here I am so glad we did quick delivery amazing food and it was hot I for sure will be ordering my food on nights from here again well impressed

The staff were friendly and made conversation, they also gave a drink whilst I waited, food was very tasty and also reasonably priced.

Efes grill has been a significant takeaway in the heart of Newport for over 10 years. It's a spot where people usually go to order food and be greeted by the amazing, hardworking team after a night out in The Port. It's not only the food you can go here for, but the kind and memorable experience of laughter and enjoyment while you wait for your meal. It also has been giving a hygiene rating of 5 and is immaculate every time you walk in there.
Well we’ll that was the best food I have had from egged grill in Newport I would 100% go again and advice anyone to taste the best Turkish cuisine in Newport FACT well done team lovely customer service too

Food is always cooked perfectly and exactly to your specification. Always arrives hot and very quickly.
