We watched the junior ruby team play Penryn, on tour from Cornwall. Enjoyed the game and the club house hospitality afterwards.
Always go to parties here. I was very impressed with all of the work on the outside patio area. Stunning! Great venue
Beer a bit pricey for non members but have a great live music (Big Band) experience every Tuesday evening.
Good atmosphere but the bowling lawn needs some work on it
Venue very well managed, clean and tidy. Reasonable prices on drinks. Entertainment also available for private hire.
Six of us went here for the annual Christmas party. I haven't been in here for a very long time. We had a great time. The staff were exceptionally friendly and helpful. The choice of lager and ciders were okay. The singer was amazing. I would recommend this venue for families and couples alike

We hired the function room at Whitehead's for my dad's funeral in October 2022 and were really, really impressed with everything the Cheryl and her team did for us, above and beyond our expectations. Nothing was too much trouble, costs were kept affordable, and they worked so sensitively with us at

Pleasant building, friendly staff, good hygiene. Ample parking most of the time. Regular live entertainment, venue occupied by South Wales Big Band Society every Wednesday but still open to all.
Food available until 830/900pm
Nice club,good beer well supported would have had 5 stars but the green was too bumpy

Plus football fields, rugby pitches, sports channels very welcoming staff and owners.
And to top it all off Sunday lunch and bar food is top grade
Attended a baby shower at this venue, the room was lovely and staff were very helpful.
Met friends for motor club meeting. Reasonably quiet. Live band in other bar added to the atmosphere. Reasonable beer choices.
Great place to watch a game of football or rugby. And looks like a fab place in the summer for families. With a little play area for the little ones. And great hospitality
