Hands down the best fish and chips I've had in Wales/Southwest. It's halal and the battered sausage is great too. The price is great when considering the portions.
Great variety of meal deals and there's something there for everyone. However, I wouldnt recommend vegan fried food such as fritters as they are fried in the same oil as fish, burgers etc.

One of the best quality chippy in Newport. This is one of my favourite plus it’s halal too. The fish and chips are never too oily unlike some others in Newport and it has an amazing tasting roast chicken

Nice and clean shop. Marinated chickens being cooked in a clean rotating cooking equipment. Everything is Halal. The curry sauce is tasty with a touch of spice in it yet not hot. Nice fish, jumbo sausages etc. Will go back again.
Only tried this chippy before lockdown came into place and it was nice "i remember john owning this before take over from the new owners. I am a regular in the Arrows club close by and i spoke to a member about this chippy and he said its really good. So me and the mrs thought lets give it a try.. B
