Excellent food and lovely helpful staff , it’s always a pleasure to go in there
4 stars for the service alone the food is messy and not prepared well so for that I give them 1 star less
Visited the store today and I must say Julie was fantastic, the enthusiasm and professional manner in which she addressed me caught me completely off guard. I only popped in for some Natchos and felt like I was ordering steak at the Celtic Manor, this woman needs a raise or a new role training staff. She clearly loves her job and her passion is infectious, I will certainly be back soon.

In my opinion Subway is one of the best places to eat, specially if you want to treat yourself when you haven't cooked any food at home :))
Fair price, great flavour, pretty quick.
Under new management, and very good at serving the multiple variations of stuffed baguettes.
This Subway is always friendly.
Amazing food, healthy and delicious but some of them are not that healthy but if its the weekend or Friday no one is stopping you! Really nice recommend it.
Lovely staff... Especially the lady when we were ordering vegan and she made us aware of all the new vegan options.

Daughter ordered platter after cut off time but they still had it ready next day as agreed. Very good food. Highly recommended platter.
I'm a disabled person on crutches, and every time I call in the staff are very friendly, and they were very helpful, even though they were having a lot of phone orders, they still had a smile on their faces, and took my order, and told me to sit down, until the order was ready and all I had to do is pay for my order, and they even opened the door for me, I can't recommend the service enough. The store is Unit 2 Cardiff Road. Newport. I hope this can be forwarded to the staff please.
Friendly service...subs were very thick with filling where some shops do thinly fillings this one didn't
