Staff in this Greggs store are always so friendly, store is always immaculately clean and there is never a long wait even when there is a big queue.
I had a steak bake hot drink meal deal with a regular cappuccino with a caramel syrup .The steak bake (which I've already eaten )was lovely and fresh, n hot,the cappuccino with caramel syrup and chocolate sprinkles was omg so nice, I'd love another one.
I also order box of assorted ring doughnuts,and had 1 after my steak bake and thay r solovely and fresh.better than a mc ds any day.
Not too bad. There was 2 serving and 3 people in front of me. I had the ham and cheese baguette along with Ribena. I wanted the semi synthetic cream doughnut but they did not have any so I settled with an iced ring doughnut and smiley miley.
The staff seemed friendly, I didn't pay for any of it as I was given a voucher so had the lot for free.
Will probably stop here for a breakfast roll next time I'm passing.
One of the best Greggs I've been to. This is due to the awesome staff. They are always cheery and do their best to accommodate your needs. Sadly there has been a lack of soy milk for the soy lattes recently and they have always been very apologetic and tried to offer me alternatives.
I had a slight issue with an order today, so I called up to discuss this with the store. I spoke with Claire and she turned what was a slightly negative experience into a 5 out of 5 experience. Amazing customer service, and will certainly be back.

The only thing wrong with this Greggs at Malpas is that one cannot to my surprise and sadness buy bread hear and living just 300 yards away thought when First opening great as I love freshly cooked mainly seeded brown bread but was told they do not make or sell bread that is why I cannot give this store a five star as for everything else it delivers what Greggs deliver usually good friendly staff and the normal Greggs patisseries Savories hand wraps plus hot and cold drinks edit this review just was told bread is now sold in new franchise at Greggs so they will be getting the five stars
Omlette roll and coffee for £2-05 an absolute bargain. Also vegan sausage rolls are to die for. Love the place and good veggie food, unlike KFC
You always know what your getting in greggs, plus the coffees are great and a much better price than the others.
