Chain coffer shop, but one of my favourites, as I love their coffee's taste. The staff here were very friendly and helpful with good service. Nice area outside on the pedestrianised main street to sit in nice weather
Love this place. Coffee just right for me. Don't like it in any other chains. Gutted they are closing. Always take time for coffee there whenever I'm in town. Please consider reopening.
I love the healthy good range of vegetarian stuff with them. Staff are great too. One in particular at cafe Nero in Cardiff by the capital made my day. This Lithuanian girl

Nero, my favourite coffee shop of the 'big chains.' this coffee shop offers a double espresso to the usually one you would get in other well known places. In addition, I much prefer their loyalty scheme/app and their view on recycling. If you use your own cup you will gain 3 stars. Collect 9 and you get a free drink, therefore only having to pay for 3 before you get a free one. As long as you bring your own cup that is, otherwise you will only receive 1 star.
Very friendly staff, I wish the leady had an assistant helping her on Saturday because there was just too much work to be done on her own. She was performing really well however Nero company needs to help her with an additional staff.

Very good. They do a scrumptious Black Forest Roulade. You can really taste the Kirsch (i.e. Cherry Liquor) in it and chunks of real Cherry. 100 times nicer than any supermarket Black Forest Gateau.
Same staff have been working there for years and they're all lovely. They really sort you out, but the best thing is that they can make any drink you want! If you explain what you want, then they can make it. They're great in there.
Every time I go in, always met with a smile and bouncy friendly staff, beautiful coffee. Just what you need first thing on a Sunday morning. Cheers guys keep up the good work
I have visited this store a few times now the guy with spikey hair & glasses not sure if he is the manager always makes my coffees on point with no issues he is the best in there. 👍🏾

Charming caffe with its unique spirit to it, my father's favorite to enjoy a sweet desert but Nero doesnt serve turkish coffe therefore 4 stars from me 🙂❤💚💙
