Service was fab from start to finish and staff were all super polite and efficient. Drinks came out really quickly and food was all served in good time and came out hot. My garlic bread starter and lasagna main were both delicious - highly recommend both of these dishes.
Excellent food and service. My sister is a ceoliac and they had a separate nebu which was fantastic, it was wonderful to know the food would be safe to eat - that is rare these,days still! Definitely recommend
Lovely and clean place! Unfortunately you can’t see from outside how nice and clean it is inside I was nicely surprised! Pizza was authentic and presentation was amazing even the drink was fab! Will definitely return!
If you're looking for for authentic Italian food, this is not it. However the food was decent, the tiramisu was well prepared. The carbonara wasn't so bad (maybe because I was really hungry), but it was made with cooking cream, no egg yolks or parmesan. And parsley... I've never seen parsley on carb
Fantastic food, lovely clean atmosphere. Wasn't too busy at my time visit, the food arrived quickly and had good portions at a good temperature. Will visit again, highly recommended.
Very very friendly staff ,particularly one lady who ( a short dark hair ,very boyish hair style ) let me use the charging outlet by the entrance while waiting for my table near another charging outlet !! We visited on a Sunday evening and were surprised to be the only diners in there (for just under an hour) so the atmosphere was lacking a bit.

On top of a high class experience, staff member Bernadette was super helpful in getting details of a dessert dish, beyond what was the norm. Being able to have this dessert was a huge boost to my meal, thank you Bernadette.
Visited on a Wednesday evening and it got busy as we were getting in. Food was decent, fresh ingredients and tasty. Service not the best as different servants asking us the same question as opposed to having designated servant for each table.
Not the best one from this chain . Very hard to get service when it was very quite. Food was nice and when we did get service it was OK. Not sure if I would go again

Great service, great atmosphere and really nice food. Everything tasted so fresh and came out very quickly. My only slight nag is how close the tables are to eachother, but other than that - I really enjoyed coming here and would again.
