Visited Rosebud Memorial Gardens to view the yarn-crafted fish hanging in the trees, there for the month of August.Lovely little garden with fantastic views across Mounts Bay,with lots of seating to sit and enjoy it. Newlyn busy and bustling as ever-always worth a visit.

Real working fishing harbour. Authentic place unspoilt by rich people that like buying up Cornish cottages and showing off their yachts. You see real locals here, not just tourists.

This is a bit of real, lived in Cornwall, a mixture of rusting old trawlers and sleek modern vessels, and a large concrete fish market . A hard and dangerous lifestyle and a setting that doesn't quite manage to appear picturesque unless the weather is spectacular. Atlantic fish landed fresh here are delectable on plate and bbq.

Excellent, "no frills" harbour for yachts situated at an excellent location, after rounding Land's End from the Bristol Channel, even though this is primarily a Fishing Port. Helpful, friendly staff, nice restaurant & friendly pubs close by A Gem of a Harbour!

Newlyn harbour has come a long way since we were last there seven years ago. Facilities are much improved (well done RNLI for building them). Harbour staff kind, helpful and efficient. Newlyn itself is working hard too. You must try Mackerel Sky close to the harbour. Worth a nights stay just for that. We will return
